Located in an alley in the city center, quiet and close to all amenities (100 m), direct access to the end of Trestraou beach (100 m). Access to the apartment is via an external staircase of 40 steps to descend to access the ground floor of the house, it is located on the 2nd and last floor of this character property dating from the 1900s, the apartment is completely renovated and very comfortable, it benefits from a superb view overlooking the beach, the sea and the archipelago of the 7 islands. The apartment can accommodate 6 to 8 people with 3 bedrooms. Its surface area is approximately 70 m² and includes a large, bright living room (4K TV, PlayStation 3, Wi-Fi) with a well-equipped open kitchen (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer, oven, induction hob, microwave, espresso machine), 1 bathroom, a shower room with a hydromassage shower and hammam, and a toilet.

Weekend rentals are available outside of school holidays upon request.

Water and electricity charges are based on the tenant's actual consumption (online meter reading via the EDF app) (€5 per m³ of water).
The cleaning fee is €80 for a standard end-of-stay cleaning package.
Bed and bath linens are provided upon request at a rate of €35 for 1 double bed + 2 bath sets and €25 for 1 single bed + 1 bath set.

The location of this property is great - just a short walk to a brilliant beach where our children enjoyed a lot of wave jumping and body boarding. The apartment is very comfortable with good facilities and the kitchen is quite well equipped. The shower was complicated to work out (turn to 11pm and use the screen to switch on and off) and we did not realise on booking we would need to pay extra for electricity or towels and bed linen and put the linen on ourselves after a long journey. The pillows were not very comfortable so for those with back or neck issues I would recommend to bring your own. Also more it is on the top floor up two flights of steps. Perros Guirec is a lovely seaside town with nice shops and restaurants although you need to book restaurants in advance. There are also lots of stunning beaches nearby. We enjoyed our stay very much. Sabine, the host, was helpful on her response when we contacted her eg re where to take the rubbish and recycling. Thank you!

Die Wohnung im obersten Geschoss einer alten Villa bietet herrliche Ausblicke auf die Bucht. Es ist alles geschmackvoll und stilsicher eingerichtet. Die Sanitärzeile - zwei kleine Bäder und eine Toilette - sind meisterhaft gelungen. Mit geschickter Anordnung von Spiegeln und Glasbausteinen wirkt alles viel größer. Die Armaturen, super! Die Küche lässt auch beim ambitionierten Koch kaum einen Wunsch offen. Im Nu erreicht man über Stufen den Strand. Kinder sind gern gesehene Gäste, jede Menge Spiele sind vorhanden. Für Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind Extrakosten zu entrichten (oder mitbringen). Auch die Endreinigung kommt noch dazu (oder selbst machen). Sabine steht Auskünften jederzeit zur Verfügung. Die Kommunikation läuft perfekt. An dieser Stelle noch einmal vielen Dank, dass wir Ihre wunderschöne kleine Wohnung nutzen durften!

Der 1. Eindruck war WOW, als wir aus dem Auto ausstiegen. Die Koffer die Treppen runter und dann wieder raufzutragen war zwar etwas anstrengend, aber die Aussicht entschädigt für alles :-) Auf unser Problem mit der Türschließung, die etwas tricky war, wurde sofort reagiert. Wir können leider kein französisch, dafür kann Madame Pouget super englisch und die Kommunikation fand per Mail in Englisch statt. Hat toll geklappt !!! Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, Geschäfte sind alle fussläufig erreichbar, die Lage ist absolut ruhig und man wurde morgens vom Meeresrauschen und Vogelgezwitscher geweckt. Nur zu empfehlen !!!

Die Lage ist so atemberaubend, wie auf den Bildern - von morgens bis abends dieser fantastische Ausblick aufs Meer, das macht das Apartment wirklich aus! Zudem war die Wohnung super ausgestattet, in der Küche ist alles vorhanden. Leider haben wir in dem Bett nicht gut geschlafen (sehr schmal, unkomfortable Matratze und Kissen - sicherlich sehr subjektive Bewertung). Und leider fehlte ein sonniges Plätzchen, Wohnung bleibt dadurch kühl und trotz aller Wohnlichkeit für uns ungemütlich (Elektroheizung vorhanden, aber es dauert bis es warm wird und schwer zu regulieren). Buchung / Check-in & -out haben gut funktioniert; allerdings kein persönlicher Kontakt, nur "remote", bisschen schade... Zu guter Letzt: der Ort bzw. die Cote de Granit Rose hat uns gut gefallen, die Lage ist sehr schön für Küstenwanderungen, absolut empfehlenswert.

Schöne Wohnung mit witzigen Design-Details und sehr schönem Meerblick. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Das Etagenbett und das Schlafsofa befinden sich in einem Raum, was auf den Fotos nicht ganz deutlich wird. Für Jugendliche ab 165 Größe könnte das Etagenbett knapp werden.

Location adaptée pour loger en famille. La localisation est parfaite avec une vue magnifique, à deux pas de la mer et du centre, des sentiers de promenade. Nous avons apprécié la facilité d'échange avec la propriétaire qui n'était pourtant pas sur place, les protections propres sur les lits et oreillers, un coin repas avec une vraie table pour une famille! Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec ma conjointe et ma fille de 14ans. Belle localisation face à la mers (quelque soit le temps) et proche des commerces. L’appartement est aménagé avec goût et l’on y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin. Les salles de bain sont un peu étroites mais fonctionnelles, elles laissent plus de place pour les pièces à vivre. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, insbesondere die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Einzige, was mir etwas gefehlt hat, ist ein Schrank oder Regal im Schlafzimmer. Diese Kleinigkeit wird jedem/r jedoch völlig Wurst sein, sobald er/sie den Wohnbereich betritt. Der Ausblick ist wirklich atemberaubend. Einmal ums Haus, dann den Fußweg runter und man ist am herrlichen Trestraou-Strand. Die Vermieterin, die selbst nicht vor Ort war, hat alles sehr professionell organisiert und es hat sich ein netter E-Mail Kontakt ergeben. Ach ja, falls man keine Bettwäsche mitbringen will und/oder die Endreinigung nicht selbst machen will, fallen zusätzliche Kosten an. Insgesamt: Absolut Empfehlenswert!

La vue tient ses promesses ! Quel bonheur chaque matin de découvrir cette jolie vue sur la mer, et de pouvoir profiter de magnifiques couchers de soleil ! C'est clairement le principal atout de cette location ! L'appartement est plus vieillot que sur les photos et qualité moyenne de la literie ; la cuisine est par contre bien équipée et l'appartement dispose de tout le nécessaire d'un point de vue équipement électroménager. Les conditions d'arrivée et de départ sont simples et souples ; bonne réactivité des propriétaires à nos questions. Petit bémol qualité/prix : dommage que beaucoup de choses ne soient pas comprises dans le prix de la location (consommation d'eau et d'électricité, linge de toilette, linge de lit... y compris les 2 rouleaux de papier toilette qu'il faut remplacer en fin de séjour !!!)

Cette location a le mérite d’un 5 étoiles...vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés. La vue depuis le séjour est splendide et très proche du centre ville à pied. Wir haben zwei schöne Wochen Herbsturlaub in der Wohnung verbracht, die im gemütlich ausgebauten Dachgeschoss eines Hauses mit drei Ferienwohnungen liegt. Wunderbare Aussicht, sehr vollständig eingerichtet (vor allem die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen), ruhig und durch den eigenen Zugang zum Strand (über eine lange Treppe) immer wieder zu ausgedehnteren Spaziergängen einladend... Einziger Kritikpunkt: An mehreren Tagen hatten wir einen sehr kalten Nordwind - dann schaffen es die kleinen Elektroheizkörper kaum, die Wohnung gemütlich warm zu bekommen. Ansonsten: Klare Empfehlung!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Sabines gemütlicher Wohnung sehr genossen. Der Blick aus mehreren Fenstern ist ein wahrer Traum! Sogar im die Licht rosa schimmernde Granitküste ist zu sehen. Wir haben alles so vorgefunden wie im Inserat beschrieben. Sabine ist eine sehr verlässliche und freundliche Vermieterin, die uns auch mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. Durch den steil abfallenden Garten ist man direkt am Strand. Die Gegend ist zum Wandern traumhaft. Außerdem haben wir interessante Ausflüge mit dem Auto gemacht. Eine herrliche Landschaft! Einziger Nachteil ist unseres Erachtens bei warmen Temperaturen ein fehlender großer Balkon, um bei gutem Wetter draußen zu sitzen, zu essen oder zu spielen. Im Oktober hat es uns nicht gestört. Gern empfehlen wir die Wohnung weiter. Vielen Dank für eine herrliche Woche in der sehr schönen Wohnung in einem alten Haus mit Charme!

Geräumige Wohnung, kinderfreundlich und schön gelegen. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Die Übergabe der Wohnung durch die Vermieterin war unkompliziert und angenehm. Die Umgebung eignet sich im Herbst für schöne Wanderungen und gewaltige Küstenanblicke. Von der Wohnung aus sind alle Einkaufsläden für den Alltag gut zu Fuss erreichbar.

Die Unterkunft liegt ideal zwischen dem Ort, ca 5min Fußweg zum nächsten Carrefour und zur nächsten Bar und dem Strand (100 Steinstufen). Der Weg zum Strand ist zwar etwas beschwerlich, zahlt sich aber immer wieder aus. Nachdem man also ca 100 steile Steinstufen (bei wunderbarem Ausblick) nach unten bewältigt hat, landet man an einem einsamen ruhigen Strandteil mit smaragdgrünem Wasser und teilweise weissem Sand. Unterbrochen nur von riesigen samtigen Steinen, die sich so weich anfühlen, dass man darauf auch ohne Handtuch liegen könnte. Wenn man etwas mehr Strandleben haben will, geht man einfach ein paar 100m den Strand entlang Richtung Hauptstrand, wo alles geboten wird was man sich vorstellen kann. Die Unterkunft selbst liegt im 2. Stock eines alten bretonischen Hauses, hat eine moderne Einrichtung und einen Ausblick, der auch nach 14 Tagen noch atemberaubend ist. Es gibt ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen, wir haben für ein paar Tage auch zu fünft gut leben können. Die Vermieterin war bereits vor der Anreise ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend. Da die Vermieterin während unserer Anwesenheit selbst auf Urlaub war, hatten wir als Betreuung Mme Cristina. Sie war unglaublich gut aufgelegt, ausgesucht freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie spricht ein wundervoll verständliches und geduldiges Französisch, auch für nur bedingt französisch sprechende Urlauber ist eine Kommunikation möglich. Herzlichen Dank nochmal für die überaus freundliche und angenehme Kontaktnahme.

Wir haben 14 Tage Urlaub in Perros-Guirec gemacht und uns jeden Morgen aufs neue über die tolle Aussicht auf das Meer gefreut. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat alles nötige um sich wohl zu fühlen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Eine tolle Boulongerie und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und der tolle Strand sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Ausflugsziel sind in der Nähe und auch in der Umgebung viele vorhanden. Im Ort gibt es ein gutes Tourist Office mit vielen Informationen und freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Wir hatten als Familie einen ganz tollen Urlaub und können die Wohnung und die Umgebung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, très frais mais bien ensoleillé. Très jolie vue sur les îles, la mer, la plage de Trestraou. Appartement vraiment agréable et confortable, rien ne manque, tout est bien pensé, pour les plus petits comme pour les plus grands. Très propre. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil et la disponibilité de Christina, les commerces à proximité (agréable d'acheter son pain et son journal le matin sans prendre la voiture), le sentier derrière la maison qui mène directement sur la plage, le calme (rien que le bruit des vagues). Inconvénients : l'air qui passait à la fenêtre du séjour, pourtant bien fermée et qui nous a obligé à augmenter le chauffage. Pourtant il n'y a pas eu de vent cette semaine là. Et prendre en compte aussi les escaliers : ceux en pierre à l'extérieur qui descendent et mènent à l'entrée de l'immeuble et ensuite les 2 étages à monter à l'intérieur jusqu'à l'appartement. A part ça, tout était parfait. Merci.

Wir durften schon zum zweiten mal dieses wunderschöne Appartement bewohnen und haben beschlossen, dass es nicht das letzte mal sein wird. In bevorzugter Lage mit phantastischem Meerblick und fussläufig von Geschäften, dem Markt dem Strand und dem spektakulären Zöllnerpfad und dem Bouleplatz entfernt, kann man eigentlich auch ohne Auto einen schönen Urlaub in diesem Appartement verbringen. Départ de Belgique sous la pluie et arrivée à Perros sous le soleil. Celui-ci ne nous quittera pas de la semaine jusqu'au jour de notre départ qui lui, se fera sous la pluie. L'appartement est conforme aux photos. Bien situé, décoré avec gout et très fonctionnel. Rien ne manque: des jeux de société aux jeux de plage pour les enfants en passant par des livres, de la doc ou des dvds pour tout le monde. Que se soit au niveau de la cuisine ou du multimédia rien à redire si ce n'est une connexion wifi inexistante. L'endroit est de plus très propre, ce qui n'est pas négligeable. La situation est très bonne, à deux minutes du centre ville et à proximité de la côte de granit rose. Mis à part le décor somptueux que nous réserve la nature de la région, nous avons trouvé pas mal d'activités à quelques kilomètres: musées, accrobranche, fabrique de Whisky, planétarium... Le contact avec les propriétaires était très bon avant, pendant et après. Ce sont semble-t-il des personnes très sérieuses et compétentes. Je recommande sans hésiter l'endroit Mais attention il est vrai que ce n'est pas un appartement les pieds dans l'eau. Pour cela, selon mes filles (je n'ai pas compté), il y aurait tout de même environ 120 marches à descendre. Et pire, à remonter ensuite. Que du positif, merci beaucoup !
