It is located in a very quiet street overlooking the town hall square, in the "LE CELTIC" residence, an emblematic building in the lively city center with private entrance on rue Foch, all shops and supermarkets in the immediate vicinity, 500m away from the large fine, blond sand beach of Trestraou (with direct protected pedestrian access) 800m from the fishing and marina port and very close to PLOUMANAC'H village "Favorite of the French"

On the 2nd floor 2 bedrooms, the first with a 160x200 "King size" bed, the second with 2 beds, bathroom with hand shower and overhead shower, WC, washing machine and clothes dryer ("Tancarville" type), table and iron...
Superbly decorated apartment (modern), electric heating. BB bed and chair on request, large parking nearby (150m).
SITUATION
Within a radius of 200m you have all the shops: supermarket on the other side of the street and also bakery, butcher, fishmonger, restaurants, creperies and bars, town hall and tourist office, painting galleries, bookstore and house of the press, clothing and sports stores, jewelry, souvenirs, St Jacques church (11th century-historic monument)... despite everything and even in the middle of summer, the apartment is very quiet...
PERROS GUIREC
It has all the comfort of a resort on a human scale (8,500 inhabitants in winter and a maximum of 25,000 in summer) but the largest and liveliest in the Côtes d'Armor and 2km from Ploumanac'h, "Village Favorite of the French 2015"
There you will find everything you could hope for for your vacation: cinema, casino, thalassotherapy, sailing school (sailing, windsurfing, catamaran, canoeing), mountain biking / cycling, hiking by the sea (via the famous customs path ), scuba diving, museum, Speedboat trip to the '7 Islands Ornithological Reserve' (12,000 pairs of gannets, seals and puffins) Trégastel Forum (covered seawater pool heated to 27), leisure park, tennis, children's clubs and beach clubs, fishing on foot and at sea, horse riding and horseback riding, walks in the forest, golf and mini golf, restaurants and gastronomy, bars and night bars, bowling, etc.
