About this house rental
Located in a quiet area, 500 m from the city center and shops, 600 m from the port and 15 minutes walk from the beach of Trestraou, our 80 m2 house completely renovated, can accommodate 4 people comfortably.
The first floor is composed of an entrance leading to a fitted kitchen, a large living room, a laundry room, a bathroom with toilet.
On the 1st floor, the landing leads to a bedroom with a 160/200 bed, another bedroom offering two 90/200 single beds (small sea view from the bedrooms).
A bathroom (shower, washbasin and toilet) completes this layout.
Table and chairs, barbecue, garden furniture and parasol await you in the enclosed garden of + 400 m2 to enjoy the beautiful days. The garden is accessible from the front and the back of the house.
Cleaning fee 60€ to be booked with the owner directly on the day of your arrival at the latest.

Rental from Saturday (arrival from 4pm) to Saturday (departure 10am at the latest)
Sheets and linens not provided.

A very comfortable and well equipped holiday home. A great place to explore from. Once settled we used our bikes, the coast is beautiful. Perros Guirrec is a lovely town to wander around with the added advantage of picturesque beaches and harbour all within walking distance. Our hosts were very helpful too.
