About this house rental
In the heart of the pink granite coast, a few minutes walk from the town center, the port and the beaches, charming little bungalow, comprising:
A beautiful entrance serving a large fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, robot, toaster, coffee maker).
Two rooms
One with a 140 cm bed (new bedding), two bedside tables, a chest of drawers
Another with two 90 cm beds (new bedding) which can form only one. Large bed if necessary, storage shelves, wardrobe.
A living room comprising: a corner sofa (convertible), a coffee table, a table with four chairs, a low sideboard, a television (flat screen, new), small storage units.
A bathroom with bathtub
Separate toilet
A small laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
An enclosed garden in front of the house of around 350 m2. Beautiful sunny exposure, garden furniture, parasol, barbecue.
A small enclosed garden with terrace, at the rear of the house (facing south)
Possibility to park two vehicles
Due to its geographical location, many activities are offered in Perros.
Seaside activities, swimming, sailing, diving.
