About this house rental
Your vacation rental is organized on two levels. On the ground floor- : Entrance hall, fitted kitchen open to the living room (connected TV with orange bouquet and Bluetooth speaker), bathroom with shower, separate toilet, laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs : 2 bedrooms with 1 160x200 bed and 2 90x200 beds. 1 WC with hand basin between the two bedrooms. Exterior: Wooden terrace of 30 m² at the rear of the cottage with its gas barbecue, enclosed lawn of 177 m² and courtyard/parking of 55 m² in front of the cottage, which can park 2 cars. For electric cars: this accommodation does not allow electric charging of vehicles but there are public charging stations within 200m of the gîte. At the entrance of a small allotment in a dead end, this vacation rental is ideal for enjoying your vacation in Perros-Guirec, a famous seaside resort on the Pink Granite Coast. The cottage is located 300 m from the marina, close to the activities and shops of the port. The nearby sea offers various possibilities for walks along the coast. You will be 2.7 km from Trestraou beach where you can enjoy beach activities, shops, the casino and embark on the speedboats for the visit of the 7 Islands. The city center is 1.4 km away where you will find all its shops: restaurants, bars, shops... wellness relaxation and cardio-fitness room). The owners will be happy to provide you with all the tourist information and guide you in choosing your activities and visits, because there are many! Welcome to the Pink Granite Coast! One would be hard pressed to find a fault with this property. Only a year old with more amenities than you could imagine, e.g., board games for the kids and adults, a soda stream machine, a new gas grill, etc. Only a short walk to restaurants and shops across from the port, with the city center within walking distance for those up to a steeper/longer hike. The super friendly hosts Roger and Olga have provided for everything. Roger caught up with us as we were leaving town to give me my Kindle that was hidden in the blankets!
You can't go wrong with this property.
