New and good quality bedding.

Bedroom 2: 2 bunk beds 90*200 + 1 pull-out bed 90*190, cupboard
Bathroom with shower, hairdryer and heated towel rail
Equipment: WIFI, internet TV, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, hob, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle.
No smoking, no pets.
*COVID-19: between each tenant, the apartment is completely cleaned with a suitable product: door handles, worktops, key tables, chairs, taps, switches...
Billing of energy and water consumption with meter reading at the entrance and exit of the stay.
Bed linen supply: €10 for double bed, €5 per single bed
Cleaning: 60€
Services to be paid at the entrance of the premises

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Ferienwoche in Perros-Guirec an der Cote de Granit Rose. Das sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Appartement ist wunderbar zentral gelegen, direkt im idyllischen Dorfkern mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Beide Strände sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen ( Merci Nathalie) und der Gastgeber hat uns mit vielen Tips und Informationen rund um unseren Aufenthalt versorgt. Merci Stephane !

Accueil sympathique. Disponibilité aimable du propriétaire. Appartement clair, très propre, pratique, et extrêmement bien situé dans le centre ville (commerces, office du tourisme, restaurants). Tout à portée de main. Très agréable séjour.
