Great accommodation for family and friends

The kitchen was fantastic and perfect for a family that likes to cook and eat together. Two living rooms and a large dining room table allowed us to really enjoy our stay. The garden and patio felt luxurious in a city where space is at such a premium. The metro line whispered by the back yard. It is a 10 minute walk to the metro stop. It was a five minute walk to a great bakery and a very well stocked grocery store.

OK and Mediocre.

Breakfast? what breakfast? There was none.

The place was not very clean. The oven was practically so dirty we did not use the oven. Made only eggs and stuff in the morning. The kitchen was not stocked at all. We had like 6 espresso capsules and that's all. No salt no pepper, no cooking oil. as if if we wanted to cook there we had to buy a whole kitchen stuff. The placement of cups and stuff was lodged on top and took us two days to discover the coffee cups. The garage entrance was too small for our car (Overisezed SUV). It's good to note that for future guests so that they fdo not rent very big cars. Also it would be nice to have a welcome package like a bottle of wine and some fruit or something welcoming etc. The whole experience was very underwhelming.

We had a great stay and appreciated the effort the owners had put in to make it perfect.

Situated in a nice neighbourhood with easy connections into Paris, the house is beautiful with lots of lovely original features, everything is in great condition and works perfectly. The kitchen is well equipped and the garden is a great space to relax. It is ideal for a family holiday for people of all ages.

Lovely house in a quiet area, near shops and restaurants

Great location, within walking distance of RER line. Also numerous good restaurants within 15 mins and Versaillles Palace around 40 mins away (Uber for those not wanting to walk). Plenty of space, including a garden with bbq. Even if I was visiting central Paris, I would look at this option, because the space and facilities is worth the extra time taken to get into the city

Family vacation in Paris/versailles.

What an amazing space. It was perfect for our family. Even slept our family of 8! Under 15 min walk to the subway. 8 min walk from a huge grocery store. Host was very responsive and super helpful. Thank you for the fantastic experience. Highly recommend!!!

La maison est spacieuse, belle et confortable. Les places de parking gratuites dans la rue sont un gros plus,ainsi que la cour ou l'on peut rentrer une voiture de petite taille. Le jardin est agréable et spacieux, avec une belle terasse.Les chambres réparties sur 2 niveaux permettent d'etre à son aise lorsqu'on est nombreux,ainsi que lesdeux salles de bains et les trois wc La maison est trés bien située entre deux gares pour aller à Paris,elle est trés bien desservie par le bus et on peut se rendre au centre ville facilement à pieds en 30mn

Séjour parfait !

Nous avons séjourné à La Belle Adresse le temps d’un week-end et tout était parfait ! La maison est belle, cosy et très bien équipée. Le confort et la propreté sont irréprochables. Le stationnement dans la cour est très pratique, et le jardin offre un vrai moment de détente. Le service de conciergerie est exceptionnel : disponible, réactif et attentionné. Un grand merci pour cette belle expérience, que nous recommandons sans hésiter ! Nous reviendrons certainement pour un séjour plus long, encore merci pour tout !

Ein stilvoller, komfortabler und ruhiger Aufenthalt mit perfektem Concierge-Service – ideal für Familien.

Uns hat die Villa außerordentlich gut gefallen. Es ist ein sehr warmes, gemütliches Haus mit allem Komfort und allen notwendigen Utensilien. Wenn man zum ersten Mal ankommt, ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht – bis ins kleinste Detail. Die Handtücher waren makellos sauber, was uns besonders wichtig war. Das große Badezimmer ist hervorragend, und es gibt zusätzliche Toiletten – getrennt vom Bad, was sehr praktisch ist. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet – es gibt wirklich alles, was man zum Kochen oder Aufbewahren von Lebensmitteln braucht. Der Essbereich ist großzügig und perfekt für Familienmahlzeiten. Auch die Möbel sind in ausreichender Menge vorhanden, alles lässt sich ordentlich verstauen. Das Haus ist stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr französisch im Charakter – genau so, wie man es sich für einen Aufenthalt in Versailles wünscht. Der Garten ist wunderschön und atmosphärisch, man kann dort wunderbar entspannen. Trotz der Nähe zu Bahnhöfen und Metro ist es herrlich ruhig. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind ganz in der Nähe – ideal für einen Familienurlaub. Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt: die Parkmöglichkeit direkt im Hof. Wir reisten mit einem Audi Q7 an und konnten problemlos auf dem geschlossenen Grundstück parken – alles sicher und bequem hinter dem Tor. Besonders möchten wir den Concierge-Service hervorheben – er war einfach perfekt! Alle Anfragen wurden sofort, wirklich ohne jede Verzögerung beantwortet und erfüllt. Der Service war schnell, aufmerksam und äußerst professionell. Ein herzliches Dankeschön auch für das liebe Willkommensgeschenk bei der Ankunft – das war eine sehr angenehme und herzliche Geste.

Es gab nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hätte – alles war bestens organisiert und sehr angenehm.
