Host was accessible and very helpful. Property was clean well equipped and a good size. Beds were fairly comfortable.
Property was a bit worn in some ways, lower-end furnishings and towels but still quite clean and serviceable. The air conditioning units were located in the main room and upper hallway and they worked well but you need to leave your bedroom doors open at night or your rooms would get quite warm (It was a hot summer).

A wonderful quiet street around the corner from a grocery with adequate parking accommodations, well-appointed kitchen amenities, lovely outdoor patio area and air conditioning units, with great proximity to Versailles and surrounding areas.
Some of the mattresses were a bit too firm, the stairs are very steep and would benefit from a railing. The toilet/laundry room had a hum that required keeping the door closed at night.
