Overall, we all enjoyed our visit to Versailles and this lovely apartment.

The location was excellent for visiting Versailles and Paris. It is easy walking distance to Versaille Palace and train station, and plenty of restaurnts/bakeries close by. The apartment is a great size, has great ammenties, and is very comfortable. The back garden is also not accessible for use, but is lovely to look into from the back bedrooms. Despite being on a main road, the double glazed windows - and option of closing outside shutters at night - meant that it was really quiet inside.

There were no extra bin bags for rubbish and only 2 washing tablets for the dishwasher, which was unexpected as these would be easy to provide.

Perfect apartment to stay if visiting Versailles!

The apartment is very nicely decorated and everything looks brand new! Lots of nice little touches and a welcome pack of coffee pods, tea bags and sugar were available. Mini market, which has everything in it, located 2 minutes away. Very spacious place, there were only 2 of us, but it can accommodate up to 7 - 8 people, so we each had a bedroom and bathroom which was perfect! Location could not have been better, walked everywhere and Palace is like 5 - 10mins away. Bedding, pillows, towels, plentiful, hot water instant - we had a slight hitch with getting the heating to work, but owner was quick to reply on how to sort. We had an issue whilst we were there, which did raise some concerns, but the owner could not have been more responsive and reactive to reaching a resolution. We very much appreciated that. All in all, perfect place to stay if visiting Versailles!

I think the welcome pack could have been a little more, maybe milk or even pods for the washing machine. Not everyone thinks of bringing those with them. There were lots of instructions sent about what you can and can't do and how to use appliances, which was a slight over kill but I can see why the owners would want to ensure information is provided, as could easily go the other way.

We absolutely loved Le Grand Carre Versailles and its convenient location!

I opened the front door and it took my breath away. Everything was beautiful, clean, and welcoming. Each room was tastefully decorated. The furniture was comfortable. The bathrooms were nicely updated and felt like a 5 star hotel. The location was just perfect! We walked to the cafes on Satory street each day, we walked to Versailles Palace and gardens multiple times. We rented bikes from Holland Bikes across the street. We only did public transportation, and this was perfectly situated for the train station and bus stop. We absolutely loved everything about Le Grand Carre Versailles!

Nice apartment but more needed

Location

Not enough towels or tea towels for a week or a change of bedding. Extra bin linners needed and no point in having dishwasher and laundry washer if no detergent provided. No provision for drying damp towels ready to reuse.

Excellent spacious accommodation in a great location with fantastic hosts.

Very spacious and well laid out. 2 bathrooms close to the separate bedrooms. Kitchen was large and well appointed for cooking a variety of meal types. Large comfortable lounge room. Excellent location within walking distance of the station and Chateau, along with other sights nearby. Nancie and Jerome were great in communication with very clear and helpful instructions provided for all of the utilities supplied with the apartment. The washing machine and clothes drying rack were very much appreciated. Absolutely suited our group of 6 people.

Exceeded all expectations

The pictures do not do full justice to the amazing, daylight-filled spacious appartment. All is super clean, comfortable and elegant. Anything one could wish for is available and more. The location is top, all you need and want to see is in walking distance. Versailles as a city is pretty awesome too: calm, beautiful, welcoming. No tourist trap and very laid-back in a good way.

Tolle Wohnung, um Versailles und auch Paris zu erkunden! Wir würden es wieder so machen!

Super Lage, fußläufig zum Schloss und zur S Bahn Richtung Paris (in ca einer Stunde im Zentrum von Paris inklusive des Weges zum Bahnhof). Bäcker und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung . Parkmöglichkeiten auch an der Straße direkt vor der Wohnung.

Quel bel appartement! Tout y est top; que ce soient les installations, la literie ou la déco. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour et ce logement y a largement contribué. A recommander vraiment!

Es war alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.Alles ist neu. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Absolut sauber. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Séjour extraordinaire

Le confort La beauté de l'appartement La situation géographique (tout est à coté = commerces, château, vieux Versailles, Halles etc...) Les équipements (tout y est et pas 4 assiettes pour 4 réservations comme certains) Les consignes laissées Parking à 150m (Cathédrale) je le recommande car en le réservant sur le site c'est nettement moins cher qu'à la journée)
