Pleasant stay !
The studio is exactly the same as in the picture Very good communication with Paolo
Location ( despite all the buses) it takes some time to get to the city center due to the dense traffic on the main avenue Heating system wasn’t warming enough even after increasing the temperature

I will consider staying here again if I visit Brussels in the future
I was looking for a place to stay that was worth its price and not too far way from Forest National since I only needed to stay one night for a concert. I'm glad I found this studio since I needed to pay more for all the other options that didn't live up to their worthiness, except for maybe being closer to the center of Brussels. Or else it took me approximately 20 min with the bus which was not a problem. For this you get the whole studio that comes with your own kitchen/living room and bathroom. The place is also close to several bus stations of 4-5 min walking. I didn't feel unsafe as a solo female traveler in that area. Instructions for check-in was easy to understand and it went smoothly without needing to meet up with anyone. The host Paolo was kind enough to prepare a small welcome package and book for a more pleasant stay. I'm very satisfied with my choice!
A small complain would be that it was dusty under the sofa-bed. Getting information about how to check-in sooner would haven been even better.

Location was far out city centre. I knew this before I booked, though. Bed was firm in my opinion, but not enough for me to give any less than 10. Anyone curious, average price for Uber into city was €11.

The studio was so quiet. The bed was very comfortable.
The location is not great, particularly for a solo female. There were not many restaurants around it.

Wonderful Apartment
The apartment was extremely comfortable, quite, clean, and fully equipped, TV, WiFi, fridge, kitchen, coffee machine, etc. Instructions for the self check in are very clear, 20 mins to the city center with bus n. 89. Paolo is a great host. A perfect place to relax and feel at home
