The place was gorgeous , very close to the beach and shopping complex

The views where beautiful

That there was no elevator, we have to use stairs carrying heavy bags. The location is a bit tricky to find

Such a poor service doesnt justify the stay at a nice apartment…

The view and location of the property

The experience was not good and neither to be recommended nor repeated: - cleanliness of the building, not taken care of - energy shortage for half a day without informing in advance - we were informed about the fact of not having an elevator and the apartment is located on the third floor - no cleaning services throughout 6 days, not even providing a change of towels or toilet paper - no flexibility on the check-out time, not even 30 minutes. It seems like the property is not interested in retaining customers and just do money out of the one-timers. There are more properties in Campsbay that offer similar location and yet provide a much better service, I would definitely not recommend it to anyone!

Perfect location. Beautiful view.

No black out curtains in rooms. Apartment block doesn’t switch off the hall lights so the apartment stays very light in n the evening and makes it hard to sleep. The restaurant below has an extractor duct which blows out at the roof where the apartment front door is. Leaves a food smell all the time at night. There were some electrical problems for the dishwasher and washing machine so could not use it.

Personal immer hilfsbereit. Lage top. Aussicht super.

Der Ausblich ist super. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Direkt neben dem unterkunft gibt es einen Pick and Pay, wo man Lebensmittel etc. einkaufen kann.

Das Treppenhaus ist sehr eng. Direkt vor der Eingangstüre vom Unterkunft gibt es einen Absaugungrohr oder einen Lüftungsschacht, was man Abends schon hört. Direkt über der Türe gibt es eine Klappe zum Dach. Bei jedem starken Wind geht diese Klappe auf und dort misten sich dann die Vögel. Resultat, vor der Eingangstür der Wohnung liegt immer Vogelkot.
