Fantastic location in the heart of Camps Bay and very close to tidal pool. Lovely clean apartment with good AC. Very confortable
The apartment had a coffee machine but no pods were provided. A washing machine but no detergent. If these kind of small omissions were dealt with the place would be getting top marks

The location was perfect.
The kitchen in the apartment had everything we needed and was in good condition
Decking area of the studio needed a good clean.
We reported a broken sun lounger beanbag- it was never replaced
Bathroom bin wasn't emptied for five days until I left it in the middle of the floor.
Room had a 'stale bodies' smell. Not sure how often thing's like cushions and bed throws are cleaned.
