Host super aardig en behulpzaam en snelle reactie
Huis veilige buurt en top locatie, nog geen 5 min lopen naar restaurants en strand.
Ruimte in huis van alles voorzien en de slaapkamers met goeie bedden en beide een eigen badkamer.
En parkeerplek voor je auto.
Wasmachine aanwezig!
De slaapkamers zijn niet voorzien van gordijnen die het licht tegenhouden dus heeeeel licht in de ruimte. Ik zou daar verduisteringsgordijnen ophangen. En we hebben een extra matras gevraagd voor ons 3e (17-jarige) kind die in de huiskamer ging slapen alleen dat matras was 3 cm dun dus dat hebben we op de bank moeten leggen voor een beetje comfort. Maar moesten best wel veel extra betalen daarvoor. Verder een echte aanrader en we zouden zo weer teruggaan naar deze plek.

Ein wundervolles Apartment über zwei Stockwerke mit tollem View zum Meer. Alles vorhanden, was man gebrauchen kann, wir haben Chelsea nicht angetroffen, was aber gar kein Problem war. Sie war immer über WhatsApp perfekt erreichbar. Das tollste an der Unterkunft ist die direkte Nähe zum Strand nur 5 Minuten die Straße runter laufen und man ist dann in Restaurants und am Strand. Für unsere Verhältnisse kann ich die Gegend als sehr sicher einstufen. Wir haben uns in keinster Weise unsicher gefühlt, geschweige denn bedroht oder sonstiges.

Lovely modern decor and well-supplied kitchen (pots, pans, crockery and utensils).
Gorgeous views of the coast to the rear of the property and Table Mountain to the side.
Great location - just 5 mins walk to the beach/ main road with restaurants etc.
Host/ property manager easily contactable, friendly and willing to help. Met us at the property upon check in. Good instruction manual left for the property and restaurant recommendations were well-received.
DSTV provided.
Tea, coffee, milk and rusks kindly provided by the host.
The property is set over 3 levels - garage on ground floor, bedrooms on first floor and living area on the second floor, so be prepared for lots of stairs.
There is only air conditioning on the second floor (living room), and even then the coolest temperature target was not even closely met (? might need servicing).
Fans were provided for the bedrooms, but despite using all available fans it reached 28 degrees Celsius overnight, making for a worrying stay with a baby through fear of them overheating and 3 uncomfortable nights sleep for us. Leaving the windows open overnight did not feel like a safe option (the roof for the garage is situated in front of the bedroom window and could provide easy access for a break-in); this combined with the summer winds which caused the Venetian blinds to constantly clatter against the wall. The suggestion of sleeping on the living room floor using sofa cushions was not well-received.
The property is advertised as having air conditioning, however I do feel it should be specified that bedrooms are not air conditioned.
The outdoor seating was missing cushions, meaning we could not sit outdoors comfortably.
There was an ironing board but no iron, so we had to chase that up too. These things should have been checked/ an inventory completed prior to check in, in my opinion.
