Avoid this apartment as it's located right next door to a large and loud building site!

Loved the location. Apart from being right next door to a v noisy building site.

Being located next to a building site, which we were not notified of by either booking.com or Nox prior to arriving. It spoilt our stay.

Fantastic location; great spot

Fantastic location - Camps Bay Beach and the strip with restaurants/bars is a 3 minute walk from the residence - the residence itself is comfortable, clean and luxurious - would have loved to use the pool, but the weather wasn’t ideal for it

Would be ideal if the guests get preference over the permanent residents for parking as it is difficult to squeeze in two SUV’s/cars into the parking provided

No air conditioning despite it being advertised. Not worth the price

Great location and the space is clean

Be advised: NO AC The place is advertised as having air conditioning. It says they have “portable air conditioning units” which they do not. They have fans or “air coolers” which don’t actually make it colder or cooler, they’re literally just fans. We booked the place specifically for AC. The property management company was super unhelpful about it. They just kept saying that that’s what they call air conditioning units. We asked if it was possible to get an actual air conditioning unit that would cool the space, they didn’t have any which was expected. But we asked if we could get any additional fans and they just never replied. It was very hot and very uncomfortable. When we checked in no one from the property management company was there to help us so the owner of the place came to let us in. They eventually sent someone and she awkwardly just stayed in the living room for like 45 min even after we had checked in…? While we were showering and getting ready to go out. She unplugged the one fan there and used the outlet to charge her phone. Just felt a bit strange. The company also sent dozens of emails and WhatsApp messages in the months leading up to the trip which was just unnecessary.

Excellent location, enough space

No airconditioning, there were so called portable airco’s, but these didn’t cool, so they were more a sort of standing fans. Because of this the bedroom was too hot. Otherwise I’d certainly have given a 10

Very comfortable, clean and friendly. Great location, sunny private pool.

We loved the private pool and the house was beautifully decorated, we also made great use of the Braai area. Very comfortable overall, sad you leave.
