Driving back to return keys . Which was never specified and I had to figure it out on my own and rush there before my flight . Wi-Fi doesn’t work properly Shower is leaking out all over the floor

a really lovely and quiet apartment, right on the sea front seconds from all the bars and restaurants. if you are looking for an apartment that you can cook in, this isn’t for you. Due to the power cuts in SA the kitchen appliances won’t work. This didn’t bother us as we ate out all the time. would definitely return, it’s super value for money.

great location, safe and just perfect for a couple or friends if you don’t want to hire a car.

Excellent Camps Bay location. We could not have asked for a more superb location. The complex felt safe and walking distance from shops and restaurants. No car needed and Uber really quick to get to V&A Waterfront.

The cleanliness really let this place down and the stuff which wrong is so easily fixable.

It was an absolute pain to check-in. The Appartment was not ready until 5pm( a few hours later than advertised) The Appartment was not clean, especially the bathroom(shower) and smaller bedroom. We only had one key to share between three people, and no access to the front pedestrian gate of the property. We contacted multiple people asking about a second set of keys but had no response whatsoever.

Luxury with room for a little upgrade

The spacious apartment. The location. The security in the complex was excellent!

There were no extra blankets / throws / bedding. No heaters. So we were a bit cold at night. Extra blankets and throws would have been great. And extra couch in the lounge would have also been nice for comfortable family seating. As well as extra towels would have been great. The address on where to collect our keys on booking.com app was incorrect!! So we drove back and forth for an hour trying to get hold of someone to assist as where to collect our keys :(

We loved our stay

The location was definitely worth every cent spent . Easy access to everything and shops/amenities are all just a walking distance from the apartment. The beach is also just street away which my 2year old toddler loved

beautiful flat but execution of self catering not achieved

the location and space

not working utilities like the shower ( was fixed next day) the broken fridge ( not fixed) broken electrical plug by bedside. The place was not cleaned properly. tables, floor, walls. plus for a self catering one would expect a candle or torch since load shedding has become quite the norm apparently. I had neither and sat in the darkness for hours. thank goodness I had still a bit of charge on my phone and used that as a light source.

the neighbours that were permanent residents were not very friendly and quite loud. could also use an extra blanket on the bed
