The building was obviously one of the oldest in Camps Bay and this was reflected in the apartment appearing very “tired” and in need of some modernisation, e.g. more powerful showers, general re-decorating and maintenance, built in air conditioning.
2nd Bathroom very small relative to the size of the apartment.
Mattress protector was stained, broken light switch for 2nd bathroom, sofa seat cushion was stained, broken window that could not be used, unable to use the safe as was open on the lock position and no instructions of how to use, some handles missing from furniture, missing tile on balcony

The location was excellent - very central and safe for women to walk home alone. All the facilities in kitchen were good - washing machine, dryer, toaster etc. Great communication from the owner who met us with the keys on arrival.
Very hot and difficult to sleep without aircon. For the money we paid for two nights, the apartment was fairly tired e.g. broken toilet seat and basic but if you are happy with that, then the location and view is worth it. Wifi didn't connect most of the time. Perimeter fence was broken so we felt that was a security risk.

Eine zubuchbare Reinigung wäre klasse
für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Wohnung war sehr sauber nur der Abzug sollte renoviert werden
