Perfect location in Camps Bay

The location is perfect, we could just stroll out onto the beach. The restaurants are all very close too. Highly recommend Codfather for dinner. The apartment is large with 2 separate bedrooms and ensuite for both. A/c only in main room. Use of onsite pool was nice.

The key pickup is about a mile away. The flat belongs to a different company to the onsite reception....but they did kindly offer to help us.

Location to collect keys was too far from venue booked; had to book 2 uber rides: 1 to collect another 100 bucks to the venue booked. Returning keys process not explained; contact number ringing without pick up from 1st day to last. Had to request again 2 rides to dropp off keys than airport

Lovely little apartment in a prime position, near restaurants, beach and shops

The location is great, near the beach, restaurants and shops The cleaner was thorough and the room was kept spotless every day The facilities on offer were fantastic, washer/dryer came in very handy & we ate in twice as was everything needed to make the meal Comfy bed and plenty of plug sockets around the apartment Complementary tea, coffee and milk along with a bottle of chardonnay with a nice touch saying welcome home! Would recommend 👌

The door to the apartment could do with replacing maybe with a upvc as gap at the bottom- the neighbours adjacent were quite loud from early hours and coming in and you could hear everything as they walked up the stairs, I think they may have had friends to below as would shout down to someone - i think a upvc would block out the sound - maybe the windows at the same time :)

Excellent Highly Recommended Accommodation 👌

Everything was perfect. Apartment was up to date and fully equipped. Dean the host was amazing from the beginning, trustworthy and excellent communication. The Apartment was everything we needed during our stay especially since we left very bad accommodation previously. Convenient, safe and Amazing views.

The noise during the night coming from the upstairs apartments and no daily housekeeping. Fresh towels etc.

We raised it with the host but he was never helpful

The location only

The apartment was not clean. we raised it with the host the following day and he promised to bring the cleaners. we explained that the floor was not clean, it was dusty and had maps as if someone poured a drink and also dirt under the bed The blinds / curtains had maps as if there was blood. The cleaners never cleaned nor mopped for our entire stay. they only changed dustbins and refilled coffee/ tea sachets . The carpet was dirty for our entire stay. i will never recommend it for anyone since the host was not helpful

Lovely convenient stay at the end of camp’s bay, local to everything and just tucked away enough to be private

Easy access to everywhere, easy to find and super clean and has updated power sockets like usb c in the walls etc

Hanging lights were a tad too low for someone my height if 5’11. Table could do with rounded corners but that’s all!

Never again with Crystals

I booked a triple standard studio, 3 pax, with a separate bedroom and I got a 2 pax studio. They tried to put us at another location, not conveninet at all for me as it is far from the beach. I had to pay for a second studio, what I did with another company, to get my separate room as requested. I was really angry as I chatted about it per whatsap before arrival.

We were cold as only 1 heater in main bedroom. Thin thin duvets and no blankets. Not a single candle or rechargeable globe or light for the many hours of loadshedding. Can't get hold of staff

Lovely place to spend quality time with family, despite some setbacks it was a special and memorable

Location was excellent - being so close to the beach was really awesome! It was also nice having restaurants and shops within walking distance!!

The fact that the stove blew and caused a black out in apartment. As a result we could not use plugs and could not continue with our supper and had to wait for electrician to come the next day- this impacted on our time and we had to incur extra cost in getting breakfast

Close to the beach,restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean and spacious.

The bathroom needs to be repainted. The paint was old and peeling off due to the shower stream I think.

the noice level was quite bad from people upstairs. the TV never worked so has to go out all the time to watch the football games with no commentary.

Substandard accomodation in high demand area

Ideal location to explore Camps Bay. Close to the beach, restaurants and shops.

Excessive mould in the shower. Peeling wall paint in the shower. Taps in bathroom basin too small to wash hands or brush your teeth, you cannot get your hands underneath the taps. Broken floor tile on stoep area which is a hazard of you are barefoot. The biggest irritation was the fact that we were not informed that the facility does not have off street parking, die to the location it is almost impossible to find street parking nearby. Finally guests must collect the key from an alternative property about 2km out of the way.

We enjoyed our stay.

Apartment big, clean, beautiful view, located in the centre and walking distance from beach. During load shedding we still had wifi and back up power for lights and tv.

Check in was a bit frustrating, took long and had to get remote on a other property. Had to phone for wifi code. Parking not so good. No cleaning services available but it was promised on arrival.

Sehr laut, da an der Hauptstraße. Tür dünn und nicht einbruchsicher. Es wurde nicht saubergemacht und es fehlten Handtücher. Dazu gab es eine Entschuldigung. Preis- Leistung nicht gerechtfertigt. Haben pro Nacht 160€ ohne Frühstück bezahlt.
