It was very central in Camps Bay, easy access to the beach and the staff is amazing!

You have to walk extremely far from where you park your car. The room was quiet cold almost felt empty. Had to pay R130 extra on my stay for parking too.

Customer service is very poor. The owners dont even check if you arrived safely or not, any challenges. They dont clean or change bed linien. I stay almost 10 days with same linien and no room cleaning

The gentlemen who where gladly help with luggage, directions and places we could hang out. And Tamsyn with gorgeous responses to guests she gave us a beautiful room spacious and clean.

Location location location..

Location was amazing. Walk to beach, bars and restaurants. Mostly well-equipped unit.

Initial booking mentioned a 'private bathroom' however there was no such thing. Open plan shower with a mostly see-through door that didn't close properly in the main living space and a toilet with a see-through door as well. Travelling with a pre-teen kid made this rather uncomfortable for privacy. Access to the property is via electric buzzer gate which bangs open & shut and the sound resonates through the entire place! So if someone arrives at 4am or whatever time for that matter you will be awoken with the loud thud! Rooms are not sound-proof so you pretty much hear everything your upstairs and next door neighbour is doing. We paid almost R20000 for 9 nights just to get a cleaning service every 4 days which meant just ONCE during our stay. Knowing this they leave you with just 2 rolls of loo paper too which was rather annoying. Asked for paper which never arrived so we bough our own. No active reception area. First 2 days we had zero shower pressure. Messaged the reception only to get an answer around 7 hours later that it was 'most likely' due to another unit being repaired (during peak season?!).

The only positive about this place is the fact that it is close to the beach and restaurants

They only clean the room every 4th day. after 4 days we had to remind them to change the bedding, 4 days later the same story. They forgot to do it and asked if they can do the next day. That never happened, we phoned the office and were told told they attend to it immediately but that was never done until the morning we left (11 days), ABSOLUTELY POOR service. one morning at 3.00 A.M. people were shouting and making a racket in the swimming pool. There are no rules at this facility. We got the impression that there is no communication between management and cleaning staff as well as security company. I can honestly say I only had very good bookings with Booking.com in the past BUT this was a below par experience we had
