Great location spacious apartment but needs money spent to bring up to what we expected.

Location was fantastic close to restaurants bars and beach. Apartment was spacious and well equipped. Camps bay was a lovely destination and we felt safe during our visit.

The air conditioning in the master bedroom didn't work for most of the stay. We reported this but nothing could be done. the nights were really uncomfortable impacted our ability to sleep and rest. The curtains in the bedrooms were not blackout which also impacted ability to sleep. The air-conditioning in the 3rd bedroom was noisy. The locks in the sliding doors where all inadequate and in need of repair. The out door area was tired. The pool was unusable as it was dirty when we arrived- it as cleaned but within a few hours debris on the top and next day black and sludgy - we were unable to use it during our stay. The safes were unusable as they were locked on arrival and not able to be reset. The apartment bedding furniture surfaces all clean - but the floor was filthy and we were constantly washing our feet.

Great views and convenient location

Great location with only the road between it and the ocean. Greatly views. Easy walk to restaurants although drove for safety reasons. 24 hour guard. Covered on site parking space. Two remotes and keys. Swimming pool, full washing machine and separate dryer. Well equipped. Large space and rooms.

The pool is not heated and hadn't been serviced probably due to it being late spring weather. There were a few areas that needed to be painted/deep cleaned. Construction.two units over so noise until 4-5pm. No mirror to see around d the boulder to the left when exiting parking garage. One parking spot is tight between support beam and wall and garbage containers. Some pressure from the after hours checkin person to use his security services for the stay.

Location and views and communication was easy.

There is no space to hang any towels in the third bedroom. Very few glasses to use. The appliances are very tricky to use. The outside cushions are very dirty and did not really want to sit on them

Just amazing

It's in a perfect location, the views are axceptional. I loved everything about the property, I will definitely book it again. It's easier to get to the shops, just a walking distance. If you think it is beautiful in the photos, let me tell you something, it's beyond beautiful. Really enjoyed our stay at the waters edge.

Great luxury apartment at Camps bay.

Great 3 bedroom apartment, all with ensuite bathrooms. One bedroom without window, but that didn't bother us since we were not using it. Large open plan kitchen & livinroom. Large windows toward the ocean, with sliding doors. Small plunge pool on the balcony/terrace. Great view from the balcony.

Pool cleaning machine was quite loud.

Absolutely wonderful

The views were spectacular. The apartment was beautiful and huge. A wonderful holiday space.

The clothes dryer didnt work and the one bath tap leaked. We would suggest having face cloths, tissues available. Also the front door lock was challenging to lock and unlock. Maybe get it looked at. Also, a description of the various light switches.

the stay was lovely, all these things can be fixed in order for the stay to be fixed

the location of this place is amazing, the views were awesome and the place was spacious. the interior was neat and modern, the bathroom sizes were lovely, the lighting was amazing. the tv was wonderful. the cupboards were spacious. the kitchen had a variety of utensils and crockery. The sliding doors opened allowing us to watch sunset from the comfort of the couch which was amazingly comfortable. Even tho it was winter we didn’t find the need to use any heating, the temperature was perfect. i liked that each bathroom had a jug, as Muslims we need that in order to use the toilet.

the third bedroom and bathroom was a bit dark and tiny. the apartment wasn’t as clean as I would have liked, the main bathroom had a dusty floor upon arrival, there was dusty floors, dusty furniture, seems like the round mirror hasn’t been wiped or cleaned around in ages as well as well as the couches and coffee table, we ended up moving the coffee table to have some space and it was stuck to the ground and we could see it hasn’t been moved or cleaned, we left the couch a bit out place hoping the cleaners sweeper all over. All the dust does end up resulting in a very unpleasant stuffy smell in the apartment, I had to end up buying a room spray to spray around. the main bathroom also looks very unfinished with pieces of the wall a coming out and cement marks on the walls. the bathrooms didn’t have enough mats, I had to alternate from the shower to the basin. the towel racks were loose and kept hanging out, and one ended up falling out. the towel rack only heated up in the second bathroom not the main bathroom. the main bathroom didn’t have a toilet paper hook it only had a stand for the extra toilet paper. a towel hook would be sufficient in the third bathroom. the broom bristles are too hard for the type of flooring in the apartment. A softer bristle broom will allow it to be easier to sweep all the dust out easier without scratching the flooring. I ended up using the small brush to try to sweep out most dirt, dust obviously does collect due to the doors being open, which therefore needed a sweep every day and it was very unpleasant with the provided broom. The hot water was an issue, I’m not sure how many geysers they are and even before load shedding, there was always someone out of hot water. the first person showering couldn’t even take a proper shower without the water getting cold towards the end of the shower leaving the next person to have a cold shower. the kitchen needed more than 1 dish cloth. tissue boxes would have been nice to have.

Great location & views, but lacking in certain aspects

Great location, comfortable furniture, secure undercover parking, washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher etc good quality, WiFi, huge master bedroom, wonderful terrace overlooking the ocean, all bedrooms en-suite, gas braai on terrace. Host/agent kindly allowed us to drop off our luggage early, which was much appreciated.

Very poor water pressure in kitchen sink, DSTV didn't work consistently, no proper handover, 3rd bedroom has no windows or ventilation and nowhere to hang towels (not ideal for an adult), no outdoor lights on terrace, cleaning service not included, terrace drainage poor (rainwater collects on floor around braai so we we had to mop it up), limited drinking glasses.

Great appartment with superb view but inaccurate hosting.

The house was very clean. The Kitchen had everything you wished for. Great view! Nice balcony with Bbq. Very spacious! Top for A family vacation.

The host could react more accurately: Many mails remained unanswered and promises made were not met. Maintenance issues were not fixed ( toilet and faucets were leaking).

Our favorite area to stay in Cape Town. This Camps Bay find is perfect for a group or family.

The location was perfect. Right on the water in Camps Bay. Easy walk to the main strip and beach but far enough away to not have the traffic and crowds. Easy access to V&A Waterfront and even easier to get to Table Mountain. Parking for one car which we love since driving around the area is so easy. We explored by car and walked to restaurants and the beach. The photos do not do the place justice. It really is a beautiful condo. Lots of room to stretch out in. Gorgeous water views.

Amazing apartment and location.

Location and accessibility to everything yet safe/private. Each bedroom had its own fully equipped bathroom. The furniture minimalistic, modern and in perfect condition. Appliances literally for everything. The pool with sea view was my personal favourite - just needed much more lighting outside for late night braais by the pool but it’s also possible that we didn’t check properly for lighting.

Gutes Erlebnis aber für Kapstadt zu teuer - da müsste alles perfekt sein.

Die Lage, der Blick und dir Größe der Wohnung war super! Der Innenbereich auch sauber und ordentlich. Es hab eine funktionierende Waschmaschine & Trockner. Die Ausstattung zum Kochen etc war ausreichend und gut nutzbar. Die Übergabe war schnell und problemlos.

Der Pool war nicht ordentlich gereinigt, weder die Scheiben noch der Vogelschiss am Rand. Keiner der 3 Saves hat funktioniert. Für late check in werden 400ZAR cash genommen- das ist nicht viel aber bei dem Preis für die Wohnung fühlt sich das on top nicht richtig an.
