My friend occupying the room with the heater not working had terrible 2 nights, room was cold but property manager sent

It was a nice location good security system

The support staff didn't know their code for the lock I spent a hour outside trying to figure out how to get in and the location of the place wasn't clear the address took me to the wrong place I ended up going to the wrong apartment the place stank of vape I wasn't sure if it was that or the diffuser s it said there was a lounge I didn't see a lounge the room with the TV in mattress needs to be replaced the spring s are really bad I thought the be would break when ever I tried to get up so I went on one of the other beds the staff were really good at dealing with my concerns and issues though

Was a great stay just needs kitchen updating to finish the apartment off.

How modern it was, and was great value for money at £51 a night.

kitchen cupboards do need updating as it does ruin the rest of the place. And the parking was an issue for me as my van doesn’t fit under the building to get to car park.

Location excellent, property could be a star find if a bit more renovation with less plastic plants

Location and instructions to property excellent. Main bedroom with two double beds in it was nice with hanging rail and desk. Lounge had nice modern sofa and another sofa bed, nice lighting and side units. If you're not to fussy on modern standards this is a do able property for a few nights

Carpet on stairs needs to be removed for something else that won't get grubby. Kitchen old style and cupboards bit wonky but everything looked clean and was enough for what we needed. Unsightly extractor hose and no blind against the window so a night if felt cold. Lounge TV could be smaller as bit dangerous if you are tall walking past it to get into bed. Our bottom bed sheet had a stain (I took a picture) I can't believe someone would put a sheet on with an obvious stain even if the sheet had been cleaned. The balcony door does not fit properly so when its windy all you can hear is wind and curtains move a little. Bathroom was functional, shower was too low for tall people, no dust bin, awful looking toilet brush and bath panel very ropey fitted.

Misrepresentation

The location was very good. The apartment was bright and nicely decorated

Couldn't in as not received the entry code. The stair carpet was badly stained. Some kitchen cupboards needed attention. The hot water tap dripped and was loose. The know on the kettle was loose and unsafe. There's no dining table but 2 "breakfast" type bars attached to 2 different walls. The description states there are 2 bedrooms AND a living room. This is totally incorrect as there was a permanently setup double bed in the lounge. Therefore there was only one separate bedroom. The shower is extremely difficult to use as it is in an awkward position in a corner.

Property was exceptionally clean apart from the stairs. Convenient location with oarking.

Advertised as 2 bedrooms and a living room but one bedroom doubled as the living room. Very little space to eat a meal together. Shower poorly positioned and no anti slip mat. No instructions for heating operation. Poor communication pre arrival and confusion regarding the entry code.

kitchen cupboards falling apart, shower useless - in the corner and difficult to get under the spray - head should be on the other side of the downward arm. Bed in living room very uncomfortable, mattress saggy and too soft.

- une porte et une fenêtre qui donnent sur l'extérieur ne ferment pas correctement, ne sécurisant pas l'appartement - les toilettes n'ont pas de clé ou de verrou - l'entrée est sale - les serviettes sont humides à l'arrivée - la douche est dans un coin et l'on ne peut pas prendre de douche - les matelas sont horribles
