Large city centre 2 bedroom Flat with Parking

Property was conveniently located for our stay. It was the perfect size to meet our needs.

One bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly before our stay. All extra towels were wet.

Spacious apartment with well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds, thick towels, constant hot water and good pressure on the showers.

Steps in the apartment in most rooms. Heating is through storage heaters which were turned off on our arrival so there was no heat until the following day, made worse by the windows being left open! Bathroom extractor fans were on permanently. Only one set of keys.

The flat was a great size. It had everything you needed. The windows in the apartment were very large so it was extremely bright.

The communication wasn’t good. We had no heating and then during the night the heating came on and then didn’t go off. Making the appointment extremely stuffy at night. The kitchen floor is uneven due to a leak. We were not given instructions on entering or leaving the apartment. I only got a call as we were on our way about entering after many messages asking about it. I texted the morning we were leaving and had no response. I messaged to say we obviously would have to put the keys back through the door when leaving but that was a nuisance as we needed the key fob to get out of the car park. Then my daughter had to let us out the car park and go back to the apartment push the keys through the door and find her way out. I never got any response about checking out at all. And checking in was extremely rushed.
