Amazing location and facilities. So clean and welcoming. Was like home from home. Parking on site was great and was so easy to find. Loved the seats outside too as it was a lovely hot morning.

Fully equipped with everything you need for a night stay. Good location with a 15 minute walk into Fordingbridge village.
Garden area is overlooking the house garden a little despite the fence.
