Friendly, comfortable and quiet

The property was ideally located with excellent parking. It was compact but with every facility. The host, Julie, communicated well answering every query, and made sure my special requests were provided for.
I would definitely stay again if I needed to spend a night or 2 in this part of Dorset in the future.

The studio was beyond our wildest expectations & everything is the description was bang on. I’d recommend this to family & friends knowing how impressed they’d be 😊
Everything was perfect. Nothing to not like

Clean, very convenient to St Leonards Hospital with a well stocked kitchenette. The host gave excellent instructions to find the annex and responed to queries.
Wifi was unreliable, often cut out or network disappeared. Main area of difficulty was that the window did not open and there was no air conditioning, so the only way to have fresh air was to leave the door open. Would be a nice place to stay in cooler months, but at this time would bit recommend in summer.
