Good off-road parking, clean, tidy,functional and good quality furnishings. Bathroom excellent. Bed comfortable.

Clean, very convenient to St Leonards Hospital with a well stocked kitchenette. The host gave excellent instructions to find the annex and responed to queries.
Wifi was unreliable, often cut out or network disappeared. Main area of difficulty was that the window did not open and there was no air conditioning, so the only way to have fresh air was to leave the door open. Would be a nice place to stay in cooler months, but at this time would bit recommend in summer.
