Great stay thank you! The owner was very responsive when I had a question.
It was great. It might be helpful to have in a what's app message before the stay - the Wifi password, and how to switch on the fire in the lounge. If that was in the message, great, but I couldn't see it.

Only let down was part of the oven wasn’t working properly and one of the hob parts wasn’t working either.

We had a great family time with games that were provided and it was quite and safe location with beautiful forest.
The property was very clean with a street light just outside which gave security and easy access in evening with well lit areas. The terrace area was very handy for our dog to wonder around safely, the heating system was brilliant has it warmed property with in 5 minutes, would recommend this property for a stay in Bournemouth.

Great stay with lots to do and see very close by. lovely staff.
The caravan was very clean with everything we needed. The host was super quick to respond to any questions we had. We would recommend her. The indoor pool, sauna and steam were a great bonus as was the gym.

The location of the property was really good, close enough to the facilities but quiet.

A great place for family holidays at a reasonable price .Dogs friendly
The property is located in a quiet area. Modernly furnished. Very clean. Includes all necessary amenities, such as a hairdryer , iron and also board games.Big plus for 2 toilets,large open space kitchen with dining table.Parking for 2 cars. Children and Dogs friendly. On the premises there is a swimming pool, sauna, restaurant, playground,shop and even a laundry room.

Great facilities, good location, extremely well kept park
Excellently located on the park, close enough for the children to wander alone but far enough away from any late night noise. Extremely clean and nice furniture not just standard caravan furniture. We loved the extra space in the master bedroom.
Gas oven, trying to cook pizzas for 4 children took forever, electric oven would be so much better

A very peaceful location near to everything and had everything we wanted
The location was great, and the actual property was spotless. Also it had everything we needed.
The sofas didn’t pull out into a bed, but other than that, it was fine
