About this house rental
This residence is situated in the tranquil residential neighborhood of Fraser, merely 6 miles from the Winter Park Ski Resort. Set on a 0.8-acre lot, it provides easy access to the complimentary town shuttle, which halts directly across the street.
The property has been converted into an opulent, high-end themed vacation home, boasting 1,752 square feet of living space designed for comfort and entertainment.
The two-tier living room is arranged for relaxation and includes a 50" plasma wide-screen HDTV with Comcast cable, a gas fireplace, and access to a spacious deck equipped with a BBQ grill and a private outdoor hot tub and full bathroom in the main hallway.
The open floor plan seamlessly connects the dining and kitchen areas, featuring granite countertops, a dining table, hardwood floors, and premium stainless steel appliances. The expansive dining area also functions as a workspace, providing free in-unit wireless internet and multiple laptop plug-ins.
The lower level contains three main bedrooms, all adorned with mountain-themed furnishings, comfortable bedding, televisions, DVD and/or VCR players, and cable.
The primary bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed, cable TV, a DVD player, and an additional bathroom featuring a jetted tub and stereo entertainment. The second and third bedrooms also contain queen beds and share a hallway bathroom.
The loft area is ideal for children, featuring an open sitting space, a PS2 console, a standard TV, a DVD player, and cable.
Furthermore, the property is equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer in the laundry room, a heated two-car garage, a long driveway providing ample parking, and lacks air conditioning. It also includes HDTV, a gas fireplace, a private deck, a private outdoor hot tub, pet-friendly amenities, a BBQ grill, a DVD player, and features conducive to remote work.

Great house for medium to large group. 10 minutes from winter park! Great amenities (hot tub, stereo) and responsive hosts.

The house was nice, clean. Hot tub was relaxing. Oven did not work - called for maintenance on day of arrival, never showed up through entire week. Disappointing. Not able to prepare meals as planned.

rented this house for a few friends and i to celebrate my 31st birthday. could not have been happier. the house was great and the location was perfect. the only issue was the outdoor speakers didnt work and the head of the faucet for the whirlpool tub in the master was broken. other then that it was a magnificent weekend and a great house. would stay again
