Escape to this custom timber home set on 3/4 acre just minutes from Winter Park and the ski resorts, with stunning views of 13,000-foot Byers Peak. Designed for groups and families, this spacious mountain retreat features 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 3 levels of comfortable living space.
With 2 separate living areas, there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Enjoy games and laughter in one space while others relax with a movie, music, or conversation in the other. After a day of adventure, unwind on the back deck with a glass of wine as the sun sets over the peaks, then gather around the fire pit for a cozy evening under the stars.
The home includes a fully equipped media and audio center, free Wifi, and a well-stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals for family and friends. The dining table expands to seat 10, with additional seating at the kitchen bar.
Getting around is easy. Walk just 50 feet past the driveway to catch the free shuttle to Winter Park and the ski resorts. The large horseshoe driveway also offers plenty of off-street parking.
The surrounding area is a true Colorado gem, with more than 600 miles of mountain biking and hiking trails nearby. Highly recommend this home! We had three families on the trip, all ages, and it worked fabulous for all! Loved that it had three floors of bedrooms/baths. Kitchen and gathering areas were wonderful! To get to Winter Park, we only had to walk out the front door and get on the shuttle! So convenient! Mark was fabulous to work with as well! He communicated very quickly with any questions we had.

Great place to gather the family !!We loved it is right next to the shuttle bus to the ski resort, quick ride to and from the slopes, avoid the parking hassle.Everything was clean and the place had plenty of pans and dishes we needed to cook family dinners.Will be there again soon

Blender was missing parts and could not be used. Not a very well stocked kitchen. Nice dishes and plenty of them. One roll of paper towels would have been helpful until we could get to the store. We did lots of dishes so more kitchen towels would have helped. A little weed whacking would have made sitting outside more pleasant. Convience to town was great. It’s a nice house that just needs a little love.
