About this house rental
Located minutes from Winter Park and the ski resorts on 3/4 acre, with breathtaking views of 13,000 ft Byers peak. This Custom home was built for hosting groups and families. It has 5 bedrooms and 3 baths on 3 levels. It has 2 separate living areas so you can play games in one and enjoy a movie/music/conversation in another. Enjoy a glass of wine on the back deck while watching the sun set over the mountain peaks, then crank up the fire pit for a cozy fireside gathering.
Take advantage of the fully-equipped media, audio center. Enjoy free WiFi. The kitchen also has everything you need to prepare that feast for your family and friends, with plenty of seating at the dining table, which expands to seat 10, while others sit at the kitchen bar.
Walk 50 feet beyond the driveway to catch the free shuttle to the town of Winter Park as well as the ski resorts. There is plenty of off-street parking in the large horseshoe driveway.
The surrounding area is a true Colorado gem, with over 600 miles of the best mountain biking and hiking trails. The Check-In was so easy, the house fit our party of 13 perfectly. We enjoyed the entire week hiking, visiting RMNP, playing card games in the eves after delicious homemade dinners, & finished with smores around the fire pit on the back deck. Beds were comfy and we never ran out of hot water once! Mark, our host was amazing and had impeccable communication! We loved our stay!

This house very comfortably accommodated our family of 11, 6 adults and 5 children. We were so appreciative to be able to get in 2 hours early. The dishes, glasses and silverware were in excellent shape and plenty of all. My only recommendation would be some better pans for cooking. Would definitely choose this house if we are ever in the area.

We had a great vacation. The house was very clean and spacious. Mark was amazing and very attentive. We will definitely be back!

Blender was missing parts and could not be used. Not a very well stocked kitchen. Nice dishes and plenty of them. One roll of paper towels would have been helpful until we could get to the store. We did lots of dishes so more kitchen towels would have helped. A little weed whacking would have made sitting outside more pleasant. Convience to town was great. It’s a nice house that just needs a little love.
