Your Mountain Experience
Catch the free Winter Park resort shuttle just off the end of the driveway and eliminate the hassle of parking at Winter Park or Mary Jane. The buss runs in the summer as well and gets folks to all of the downtown shops and amenities of Winter Park and Fraser.
Walk down the block to get to the hot tubs, outdoor pool, sauna, gym or drive a few minutes to the Rec Center for an amazing indoor pool. Our home is easy to get to and close to everything!
We have a key-code deadbolt on the front door, so you never have to worry about juggling/losing keys for the property.
The kids will love making snow angels and snow forts in the winter in the front yard of our .7 acre lot. In the summer, there's plenty of yard for croquet or kicking a soccer ball around. Folks have setup badminton and volleyball nets all kinds of outdoor playtime. The dogs will appreciate the dog door that leads out to the huge log deck and a 5 ft high fenced backyard. We have a pack n' play and a high chair at the house for the little ones.
The home boasts a fully equipped hickory kitchen with stainless appliances, a huge stone fireplace in the living room stocked with firewood, 4 LCD TVs with cable and HBO, hundreds of blu-rays and DVDs with surround sound, PS3, a BBQ grill, a basement with full size washer/dryer and a mud room off the garage with plenty of storage for your skis/snowboards and snow gear.
We have room for RVs, snow machines and you can keep your cars out of the elements in the 2 car garage.

This was such a perfect location and accommodations for our family and their dogs. The space was ideal for eight adults and baby to hang together with our fur babies. The location was so convenient for everyone- no matter the need or activity.

I enjoyed our trip and liked the location, home and patio. My only complaint was the place was not clean. There was a odor to the place and we had to clean when we got there. Tubs and bathrooms weren't cleaned well. Carpet didn't look vacuumed. It was very dusty and dishes didn't seem clean. It's unfortunate because everything else was great. Plenty of space for our family of 7.
