You can also relax by the gas log fireplace or in the hot-tub on the heated deck. With cable High Speed Wireless Internet its perfect for the family getaway or small business meetings, ideal for those that just can't get by without access to the comforts of home including High Speed Internet and Cable TV.

Situated 75 miles from Denver and just five miles from the base of Winter Park ski area, our home is located at the top of the ridge overlooking the Fraser Valley. Our main floor has a bathroom, bedroom with queen bunk-beds, washer and dryer, fully-equipped kitchen, open dining and living room with gas fireplace, and step outside onto the 300 square foot+ covered deck, complete with gas grill and hot-tub. Upstairs there is a bedroom with four single beds, bathroom, as well as master bedroom with a log queen bed, luxurious Sleep Number dual control pillow-top mattress, and direct access to the upper smaller observation deck to take in the beautiful views. All beds have memory foam toppers to ensure a good nights sleep in your home away from home.

Let’s just suffice it to say that I am ruined and I know what is at the top of my Christmas list this year. Location was perfect. The views are beautiful. This was the best VRBO kitchen I have had the pleasure of staying in because they had everything you could possibly need to cook meals at home. I’ve learned to bring my own spices and pots and pans but it would not have been necessary here. Thank you! I love that! We enjoyed exploring Fraser, nearby hiking and ending our days in the hot tub. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again.

Overall for our stay was excellent, location for our motorcycle trips was located perfectly. The only complaint was that the shower head in down stairs bathroom was like pins and needles on your skin. Kitchen was well equipped, we cooked breakfast and dinner everyday for nine people and plenty of large cookware.

We had a great experience at the cabin. It is cozy and the perfect size for our family of 6. It is conveniently located to all of our favorite activities - RMNP, white water rafting and Winter Park activities. The spa on the deck has an amazing view of the valley and surrounding peaks. Our stay here was incredible! The cabin was really well stocked and even better than the pictures. But the best part was the location in the heart of Fraser with gorgeous mountain views. We enjoyed waking up every morning to the pink skies over the mountains and the view out kitchen window like a painting. We could see Fraser Tubing Hull from the living room and enjoyed watching people tube down the hill. We brought our kids from Florida for their first snow-cation and this place exceeded our expectations. Lots of snow in late February. Perfect location near Winter Park and not far at all from RMNP. We would love to come back!

This cozy mountain home is just that - cozy, great location, and everything our family of five needed to have a wonderful holiday week together. The cabin is clean with a well equipped kitchen, large table for playing games and a hot tub which we enjoyed after skiing every day. The location is great - a very short walk to the bus stop that runs to Winter Park to downhill ski. The cabin is also a short drive to several awesome cross country ski trails and Nordic centers. Russell is timely and thorough in his communication. Would definitely stay again if we visit the Fraser/Winter Park area.

Overall we appreciated our stay here. We were glad to have a place to relax and cook after skiing all day. The hot tub was really nice. TV had smart TV so any viewing option is available. Better instructions for how to operate the grill would be helpful. Instructions for the top room bed adjustments would also be helpful. The couch is in need of replacement and the room on the first floor with the bunk beds was stuffy even with open windows. Cotton bedding would be much more comfortable than polyester; we all had trouble sleeping.

We're from the east coast and this was our first time in Colorado. We were hoping for a real Rocky Mountain vacation and this house did not disappoint! The house was beautiful and so was the area. The view was amazing from the deck and hot tub. The weather provided a perfect respite from the heat with highs in the upper 60's in early August. The house was clean and had everything we needed, and Russell was easy to communicate with. Also just a 40 minute drive to the west entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. I highly recommend this property!

My family had a wonderful stay at Russell's VRBO. Beds were plentiful and very comfortable. The hot tub is awesome and we enjoyed the fire pit in the middle of the beautiful aspen trees and yellow flowers that covered the yard. The kitchen had everything we needed for the 6 of us. We loved the location being close to the grocery store and town, yet with mountain views and many trails a short drive away. It was an easy drive to Colorado Springs to the south and Grand Lake to the north. Thanks for a great vacation!

We really enjoyed the cabin. The views from porch were great and the hot tub was nice after activities. The location was perfect. There is a grocery store and several restaurants at the bottom of hill. Tubing is across the street. Winter park a few mins drive south and granby ranch and grand lake just a quick 30 to 40 min drive north. We would stay at this cabin again for future trips.
