Stunning NEW condo near Winter Park! This large top floor condo with all new furnishings will provide the quiet space you desire for a relaxing vacation. Enjoy a spacious floorplan, vaulted ceilings, fireplace, private hot tub, multiple televisions, garage, ski/gear locker, wireless internet, Xfinity cable, in-floor radiant heat, washer/dryer, gas grill, and spacious deck, with gorgeous mountain and valley views. Proximity to Fraser and Winter Park provides easy access to Winter Park and Mary Jane Ski Resorts, restaurants, breweries, distilleries, coffee shops, art/museums, the Fraser Trail, community recreation center, movie theater, bowling alley, grocery store, and gear rental shops. The perfect place to relax and play during your next mountain adventure!
ABOUT THE HOME
This unit was built and furnished to provide the comforts of home. In fact, it’s not just a rental, but our family’s mountain home that we are excited to share with you! Full accommodations for up to 12 individuals (6 adults max) with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, plus common area with a pull-out queen sofa sleeper to provide additional sleeping capacity. Master suite includes a king bed, walk in closet, and bathroom with double sinks and large frameless glass shower. Three additional bedrooms (one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and one triple bunk room with trundle) along with two additional bathrooms provide additional comforts for your family and guests. All bedrooms include bed linens, towels, essential amenities, smart televisions, and additional chairs or desk for a private reading or work space. Quiet top floor corner unit offers minimal shared wall space with neighbors and is perfect for a large family or for families to share.
Additional accommodations include fully furnished kitchen with everything needed to prepare and enjoy your meals during an extended stay. Dining space (and dishes/flatware/servingware) to service 12 individuals (8 at dining room table and 4 at breakfast bar). Living room has ample seating with 2 armchairs and sofa sleeper with a built-in chaise lounge. Large covered, wrap-around deck with gorgeous views and a private hot tub. 65” mounted smart television above fireplace (viewable from the hot tub) will provide for your relaxing evening after a full day on the slopes or trails!

Winter Park Resort is a top tier resort and offers ample ski, snowboard, biking, and hiking adventures. The town of Winter Park and surrounding area offers additional skiing (downhill and cross-country), snow tubing, snow shoeing, snow mobile, ice skating, sleigh rides, biking, hiking, fishing, horseback riding, hot air ballooning and nearly every other outdoor adventure you can think of. Rocky Mountain National Park and Grand Lake are only a 30-minute drive.
This quiet valley, only 1.5 hours from Denver, also offers an inspiring art and culture scene in addition to the natural beauty. Galleries, museums, breweries, distilleries, and an impressive lineup of summer festivals make this a must-experience vacation for all seasons.

We had a great 8 day stay here with my parents and 5 yr old daughter. One of the nicest condos we’ve stayed in in years. It’s exceptionally well equipped and the host, Josh, was extremely responsive to all our needs. 10 out of 10 recommend!

First, Josh is very attentive and checked in on us via text several times during our stay. Second, and super important to me, cleanliness! We rent a condo a couple times a year and this was the cleanest condo I've ever stayed in. He has all the immunities needed, including a wonderful hot tub. The condo is very spacious! The kitchen had everything we needed. We loved it so much, we've already determined we'd stay here again next year!
