About this apartment rental
Located in Jobo community, inside the prominent Reserva Conchal. Includes 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, comfortable living, dining room, open kitchen, laundry room. It has a large terrace with ocean and golf court view. Fully equipped with cable TV, internet, and central AC.
You will be able to enjoy all the amenities that Reserva Conchal offers, like its extraordinary beach club with restaurant and swimming pool and direct access to the wonderful Playa Conchal, in a relaxed family atmosphere.
This condo is located within Reserva Conchal in Jobo Complex.
If you are not much into cooking, with a previous reservation, you will be able to enjoy several restaurants inside the property, at Westin Hotel, Beach Club and W Hotel. You also can enjoy the gym, spa, water sports and grilling area (reservation needed).
Planning on spending all day at the beach, you can take a 5-minute drive to The Beach Club on your car or use the on-demand free shuttle service, which will come right to the condo and pick you up - anytime from 7:00am – 10:00pm.
If you need daily cleaning, we can arrange that with an additional cost. We can also arrange for your groceries to be purchased and delivered to the condo, as well as a personal chef, yoga instructor, anything you want, so you can just relax and be pampered!

Besides of enjoying the luxury apartment, our guests will have free access to:
- Common areas of the Jobo condominium, with pool
- Access to the exclusive Reserva Conchal Beach Club, with direct access to the beautiful Playa Conchal. In the Beach Club you will find a restaurant with a variety of options, a gym and various services.
Among our purposes is ensuring that the unit meets the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Our housekeeping department provides a quality professional service, following cleaning and disinfecting protocols and reinforcing the tranquility and satisfaction of each of our guests. It is a team of qualified personnel that uses the best quality products, carrying out rigorous control in every corner of the unit, with particular attention paid to high-touch items. Upon arrival, you will find the unit perfectly prepared and checked by our team.
Public spaces at the buildings such as entry, elevators and elevator buttons and public bathrooms are deeply and often disinfected.
If you want additional cleaning services during your stay, we are happy to offer them. You only have to contact us so we can share our menu with you.
Crib service is available upon request and has an additional cost of $11.30 USD per night

The condo is very comfortable, is located in a great spot on Playa Conchal, close to the W Hotel and the Westin. Great views from the condo. The host was very helpful and provided excellent communication about check-in and check-out timing.

We have stayed at mini condominiums at the Reserva Conchal. This by far was one of our favorites. The location and the cleanliness and the view are 10.

Lux Condo with Spectacular Views of the Ocean. Property is expansive, located in posh well maintained and secure gated community. Condo is on the top floor with elevated finishes, well equipped, with central air. We loved the full wall of windows and slide-out doors to the patio with outstanding views,
Access to the Beach Club was a great perk with towel service and free access to SUPs, Kayaks, Bikes, Pools, and Gym. We loved the beach with white sand and warm water - has to be one of the best Beaches in Costa Rica.
The complex pool was great! Warm water with infinity edge - wished they had a hot tub though, Even saw a monkey in one of the closer trees.
Overall great property - was the highlight of our stay in Costa Rica and would definitely look to come back in the future

The condo is beautiful and close to beach club, property manager was very responsive and quickly addressed issues. We will definitely be back!
