Our villa is located on the 10th hole of the spectacular Reserva Conchal 71-par championship golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. As a guest of this property, we include a complimentary welcome basket with snacks as well as coffee, coffee filters, creamer, tea, sugar, basic spices, cooking oil. Close to the town of Brasilito and close to Flamingo, Potrero, Grande, and Tamarindo there are many restaurants to choose from. Grocery store is 2 min drive from the condo.
With access to the exclusive Reserva Conchal resort services, our guest can enjoy the magnificent 60,000 square-foot Reserva Conchal Beach Club featuring fine dining and casual restaurants, an 80-meter oceanfront swimming pool, a state-of the art fitness facility, separate children’s pool and recreational programs, a full service spa, beauty salon, a 24-hour medical center and business center and a variety of activities such as jet skis, wakeboarding, kayaks, stand-up paddle, pedal boats, scooters, bicycles, fishing and diving trips.

Reserva Conchal is a 2,300 acre Golf & Beach Resort, nestled between a dry tropical forest and the turquoise blue waters and white sandy shores of Playa Conchal. Guests of the Reserva Conchal community enjoy many luxurious amenities including golf, tennis, pickle ball, fitness center, spa, beach club pool, bar & restaurants, kayaks, stand up paddle boards, bicycles, and one of the best beaches in Costa Rica. Our guests also have full access to the network of hiking and biking trails crisscrossing Reserva Conchal.
The Westin Hotel’s eight restaurants and two bars, as well as the W Hotels`s three restaurants and bars, are open to Reserva Conchal guests. Please note that reservations must be made, and priority is given to guests of these hotels.

The Villa is extraordinary. Four large bedrooms all with large bathroom suites and walk-in closets. Kitchen is well stocked and large. Pool is amazing. Golf course right off the back yard.

Reserva Conchal was lovely to stay at! Beautiful grounds and the Beach Club was the best! Enjoyed the hiking trails and especially the Beach Club, which has fantastic food available at Neemda (gluten free options were even available)! Use of the kayaks, SUP's, boogie boards, bikes and cabanas are all included! The home itself was comfortable, clean and had everything you need for a wonderful stay! The infinity pool in the Carao community was also beautiful!

This VRBO perfectly met all my family’s wishes. (10- & 12-yr-old boys, two in late 40s and two in mid-80s). My father-in-law claimed this place was exquisite. My mother-in-law has an above the knee prosthetic leg and having all the main living spaces on one level was great. The downstairs space was great for the boys and there was enough space for us to gather or disperse. Our sons loved the pool & walking straight outside from the bedroom. I loved all the birds, the pool, the master suite, and howler monkeys we heard in the morning. The property mgmt was excellent. Their communication was prompt, helpful and not invasive. Neenda restaurant has great food. The beach club was great, and the staff was outstanding. We checked out boogie boards and wanted to check-out kayaks, but it was too windy. The gym was fully equipped to lift heavy and get cardio in. You can see the pool and beach from the gym studio.
