Welcome to Flamingo Estates #18, a newly remodeled home located in the Flamingo Estates community in Playa Flamingo. Experience total luxury and comfort while surrounded by the tropics at their finest. Experience wonderful forest views from your private pool! Located only 800 meters from the Flamingo Marina and 50 minutes from the Liberia International Airport.
This property features 3 Bedrooms, and 3 Bathrooms plus an office in the main home as well as a detached 500 SF apartment. Flamingo Estates 18 is a two-level home and is perfect for couples, families, and friends. The main level of the home features a bedroom and full bathroom with a king bed, office, laundry room, kitchen, and living and dining area. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom with a walk-in shower, as well as access to a private covered terrace. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge. There is reliable high-speed WiFi at the house as well as cable TV and Washer and dryer. The gourmet kitchen features a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, wood cabinetry, and granite countertops. The main living area has a dining area as well as plenty of seating and a 50" LED Smart TV, and A/C. The living area has access to the garden and private palapa area and pool. The terrace area has pool loungers.

One of the world’s most famous surfing beaches Playa Grande is only 45 minutes by car and the bustling surf town of Tamarindo is close enough to offer you more fun shopping, surf classes, and a bountiful selection of restaurants and nightspots. We recommend a rental car for this area to get around with ease. We can assist in setting up car rentals, airport transfers, tours, at-home services, and more! We hope to have you as our guests.

Very nice property; my son enjoyed the pool; lots of space for sleeping. Would definitely go back and stay at property again. The roads in and out had lots of potholes and standing water.

Our concierge was great in setting up all activities we wanted to take part in. The pool was clean and refreshing, we used it often.

This house fit us great. We are a family of 5 with three of those teenagers. The bed situation was good. The main on the bottom floor does not have a master bathroom (there is one outside the door) but does have a king bed. We were coming off a mission trip so the ability to do laundry was awesome!
Just outside the neighborhood is a decent supermarket where we were able to get groceries and cook for ourselves. Think American beach town for pricing.
Lots of great communication with Abby at Blue Zone. She was very attentive and made sure we were well cared for during our stay. We booked massages that came to the house through her. They were professional and well priced. Abby was one of the amazing parts of the trip!
The road into the neighborhood was rough and at some point will need to be fixed. The house has a large gate and felt very safe.
Overall, great experience! Pura Vida!

The house was perfect for our 4 day weekend for friends at the beach. Easy to find, very nice place, loved the separate master bedroom from main house. Pool was nice but very cold. I give this place a 10/10 but I’d give it an 11 if they added a jacuzzi spa!
