Welcome to Casa de Rock
Perched 236 feet above Playa Flamingo, Casa de Rock is a private luxury hilltop villa for up to 10 guests, with sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean, Playa Flamingo and Flamingo Marina from every bedroom and the main living spaces.
The main villa features three spacious en-suite bedroom suites: a downstairs king suite, an upstairs king suite with additional bunk beds, and an upstairs queen suite. Expansive indoor-outdoor living spaces open to multiple terraces, outdoor dining and our signature private guitar-shaped infinity pool—all positioned to take in spectacular Pacific sunsets.
Adjacent to the downstairs primary suite is a private, air-conditioned office with beautiful ocean views—ideal for remote work or a quiet retreat. The room is also spacious enough to accommodate a crib for families traveling with little ones.
A separate private casita offers a fourth en-suite bedroom with a double bed, its own kitchen and living area, plus a sleeper sofa. It’s an ideal retreat for grandparents, another couple or guests who appreciate a little extra privacy. While the home offers flexible sleeping arrangements, occupancy is limited to 10 guests for a comfortable, elevated experience.
