This home features a well-equipped kitchen with a large island that includes seating for four. Adjacent to the kitchen is an eight-seat dining table that seamlessly flows into the living room, which boasts an extra-large, comfortable sofa—perfect for movie nights with family and friends on the large screen TV. Step through the expansive sliding doors to a beautiful veranda, complete with dining for eight and a cozy seating area, ideal for enjoying stunning sunset ocean views.
This home features three well-appointed bedrooms. The first two bedrooms each have king beds and en-suite bathrooms, while the third bedroom offers a queen-size bed along with an additional bunk bed with ensuite bathroom, providing ample space for guests.
Luxury Linens and bedding, towels, soaps, and air conditioning are provided, offering all the essentials for a comfortable stay.

The apartment is gorgeous, everything went well, I’m not giving a 5 star since we had lots of issues due to the building entrance not having a ramp for a baby stroller and groceries.. everything else was great

Enjoyed our stay.. beautiful location.Maybe a little more detail regarding not being able to enter through the Westin area on the beachOnly through the beach club. This was confusing being stopped walking on a trail that we had been using and told we can’t use it didn’t seem reasonable. The first night there we went to the same locations and we were welcomed at the bar with no questions.

The unit was perfect for our family. Balcony was huge and with a great view. AC units were top notch! Jobo unit’s pool was big & clean. Fantastic place and we will be back! Tnx!

Accomodations & view as beautiful as shown in listing, immaculate, everything in working order, we would stay again in a heartbeat!
For consideration, no stocking of basics (oil, salt, sugar, condiments etc), & no easy access to same, so come prepared! Great food at the Reserva Conchal Beach Club, easy walk downhill, relatively convenient shuttle back up the hill to condo. If we are so lucky as to return, we would plan to rent either a golf cart (preferred) or car for transportation both on & off the Reserva.
In addition, for those seeking information about the Wildlife Refuge Trail, connect with the Reserva Conchal Concierge...$10 pp entrance fee & it is a bit of an ordeal to get to the entrance. Whilst we enjoyed our hike along this trail, we did not end up concluding that it was appreciably "better" than other trails for wildlife viewing.
Riserva Beach Club, awesome! Playa Conchal, sublime.
Note: only snorkel masks available, no snorkels nor fins. Kayaks & life jackets plentiful, 1 hour time slots the "norm".
Easy, safe & well organized tour scheduling service available from Erik Garcia Playa Conchal (Facebook & website searchable) located on beach in front of Westin or accessible via Whats App.
