About this house rental
Summary:
Modern, convenient, and with lots of natural light, this great vacation rental offers you privacy and plenty of room to relax. Especially for big groups to sleep comfortably in 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms.
The Space:
Beautiful eco-modern style, luxury home situated on a 1/2 acre lot, in the private and secure gated community in Playa Puerto Viejo, which is very close to Conchal Beach. This home has beautiful tropical landscaped gardens and a private infinity-edge swimming pool to enjoy sunsets with incredible ocean views from every room!
The light color of the walls, the floor-to-ceiling windows, and the warm wood ceilings offer you a warm and tropical atmosphere. There is an outdoor dining table for 6 and plenty of pool chairs to enjoy your time outside.
The main house is two stories and has 2,500 sq. ft. of living space with 3 bedrooms, and 3 and a half baths, fully furnished and air-conditioned in all the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, a spacious bathroom, and an ample balcony to enjoy the view of the pool, greenery, and the ocean. There are two guest bedrooms each with a full-size bed and a single twin bunk. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge.
There are beautiful 25-ft ceilings for extra light and freshness in the living room and dining room, and volume ceilings throughout the house. It has a large kitchen recently renovated with polished quartz countertops, and all the new appliances you need to cook with ease, there is also a big dining table to seat up to 12 people.
The living room is very spacious and comfortable with sliding doors leading to the pool, offering a nice view of the surroundings. The kitchen and the main living area are also air-conditioned. There is a laundry room, 2-Car Garage, WiFi, and Smart TVs.
This property also has 3 separate guest suites of 300 square feet each. They have their own private entrance and balcony, a King-size bed as well as a full bathroom. All guest suites are air-conditioned, have amazing ocean views, and are surrounded by forest, so you can wake up to the sound of tropical birds.
The house includes items for your personal use such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, and a cooler. And also complimentary amenities such as coffee, basic spices, cooking oil, soap/shampoo, and more.
This home is surrounded by nature so owners desire to add extra security for everyone. To achieve this, the owners have installed a security system that includes four outdoor cameras.
These cameras are strategically placed around the house: one monitors the pool area and gardens, another covers the backyard, a third faces the front yard, and the fourth overlooks the perimeter walkway.
In order to maintain the security that everyone deserves, it is necessary to present the identification of the person who made the reservation at the time of check-in. We greatly appreciate your support.
Playa Puerto Viejo is a white sand beach with crystal clear water, little rocks, and gentle surf, just perfect for relaxing, and much less crowded than Conchal or Tamarindo. You can also swim and do snorkeling with the peace of mind that the waves won't tip you over. It's a beach of incredible beauty, where you can find shade under the trees. Enjoy the mountainous landscape that this place offers.
In Costa Rica, some of the most beautiful and relaxing places to live are located where development is in progress, this is one of them. To reach this vacation rental you must drive around 10 minutes on dirt bumpy roads, a 4WD vehicle is recommended.
The Neighborhood:
This is an area that is not near all the 'touristy' things. If you are looking to get away and be amongst nature and feel the 'real' Costa Rica, you will have come to the right place! Private and secure, this home is located in a small gated community called Montanas de Conchal. There is a caretaker during the day and security guard at night for your added safety.

This home is in the middle of the jungle and yet very close to nightlife or restaurants, about 15 minutes away in Huacas or 25 minutes away in Tamarindo. Only a short 12-15 minute walk to Puerto Viejo and from there about an 8-minute walk on the sand to Playa Conchal. This is also a short drive to Pirate's Bay and Playa Minas. Wonderful house with a few issues but they were addressed right away. Communication was fantastic. I would ask for more detailed directions Google waa not accurate and tries taking us up an impassable road. I would recommend arriving in daylight! It was a fabulous house that met our needs and we would stay again.

We booked this 6 bedroom property for our family of 11 to get together. This property definitely needs updating, pool and deck area small for larger groups, some patio furniture needs replacing as well as some kitchen appliances. We certainly made the best of it. The property management company was very responsive to issues raised.
