Large dining and living areas overlook the outdoor terrace and pool. Each of the 4 en-suite bedroom has ample storage and closet space along with 50" LED TV's, blackout shades and top tier mattresses for a truly blissful night's sleep. The 5th "Au Pair" bedroom is equipped with two single beds in a trundle style.

We loved staying here. Beach access to two beaches, access to Longcosta beach club, walking distance to downtown Tamarindo. The plunge pool was perfect for our toddler also... he spent hours in there. This home had everything we needed and we would definitely stay here again.

My family had an amazing time at Enclave 46.! The property was beautiful and the location can’t be beat. We spent multiple evenings watching sunset from the rooftop. The rooms were clean, spacious, and each had their own bathroom. Having beach club access as part of the rental was an amazing benefit and we spent a lot of our time enjoying the pool and beach there. Josue was a huge help getting us set up for transportation, reservations, groceries, and a golf cart. It’s definitely a great place to stay for a big group and I can’t recommend it enough!

This house was great for our needs as a big group. The en-suite bathrooms of the king bedrooms were very nice, the bedrooms cold. Josue was a very responsive concierge and nice housekeeping ladies as well. The only negative aspect of our stay was the construction surrounding the house, but it was out of Tamarindo Luxury’s hands and they let us know before our trip.
