No expense was spared in the construction and design of this estate home featuring a huge gourmet kitchen overlooking the spacious living/dining room and out across the bay of Playa Tamarindo.
4 huge ocean-front master suites each featuring king sized beds, large Smart TVs, walk-in closets, and en-suite master bathrooms make this a vacation destination dream for multiple families traveling and staying together , large couples groups, family reunions, wedding parties and more! Two additional bedrooms feature two queen beds per room along with walk-in closet, en suite bath, direct pool access and Smart TVs.
A beautiful and peaceful mezzanine level looks out over the living and dining room...and enjoys crystal clear views across the bay to Playa Grande, Playa Ventana, Playa Carbón.
The pool area features a large covered terrace, gourmet BBQ area and wet bar, chaise lounges and plenty of comfy seating overlooking the large infinity pool and ocean. The pool itself features a huge shallow lounge area as well as plenty of room to play, swim laps, and more.
In addition to the home's amenities, Casa Perla includes a dedicated full time staff member who supports daily housekeeping, maintains the property, and assists with guest needs. Guests can enjoy a warm, Costa Rican breakfast each morning.

The home is beautiful and very efficient!
It has a beautiful view from the point in the back of the yard!

The house was beautiful. Looked exactly like the pictures. Excellent set up. Great service. Breakfast was awesome Pablo our concierge did a great job. We would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Could not have been happier with team at Casa Perla - the cooks and maids made us the most deliccious breakfast everyday, Pablo helped me organize yoga, golf carts, in house chefs, restaurant reservations, a boat trip and surfing lessons. It made the trip completely stress free. There were 12 middle aged women staying for a 50th birthday and each one said how amazing and easy it was. I would absolutely do it again and at Casa Perla. The pictures don't actually do it justice. You can walk to the beach, to surf lessons or go to town. It's so easy, clean and yummy!
