Beachfront Estate perfectly suited for large family groups, reunions, yoga retreats, weddings and other events. Located just a few steps from the beautiful soft sand of Playa Tamarindo-Langosta in an upscale neighborhood and bordering a wildlife-protected park for direct and maximum wildlife viewing from the inside and outside deck/patio, pool and Rancho areas! New outside deck recently added- perfect for yoga or in home massages.

The house is designed for easy inside/outside open-flow to enjoy the serene and direct beachfront view and location with large accordion doors letting in plenty of light and fresh breezes opening the inside out to the outside decks and patios for dining and lounging with a direct picturesque view of the pool, ocean, wildlife sanctuary and surfing waves.
Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and many are also equipped with beautiful private outdoor shower and garden-decor spaces. All bedrooms and interior living spaces have air conditioning. Villa Concha has a beautiful pool and multiple outdoor dining and lounging areas to accommodate large parties. The 10,000 sq ft home can accommodate groups of up to 22-28 persons with all 10 bedrooms making it one of the largest homes available in Tamarindo for vacation rentals! Normal rental is for 9 BRs which accommodates up to 20 persons. This home is designed to host large groups such as families, wedding parties, reunions, receptions, yoga retreats or corporate vacations, with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy time in paradise. Villa Concha Tamarindo is also ideally suited to host wedding ceremonies, functions and receptions given its large outdoor areas and direct beachfront location for peace and quiet.
As you enter this tropical haven, you will be impressed by the open and spacious view from the Great-living room with sweeping accordian folding doors to experience the authentic Costa Rican outdoors. The gourmet kitchen decorated with Spanish tiles and granite countertops and a separate bar with icemaker and wine cooler provides all modern conveniences. Throughout the home and outside patios, you will encounter indigenous and exotic pieces of wood and artifacts, paintings and decor, carefully chosen and collected by the owners from around the world. The home offers a beautiful large pool with ample dining and seating areas, an outdoor fire pit, and a Rancho with an outdoor kitchen/ barbecue grill area right next to the pool. Relax around the pool area while you watch the wildlife including regular visits from howler monkeys, resident iguanas, colorful-singing birds and parrots, and butterflies!
The home has 7 bedrooms in the main house and three separate living spaces or casitas (full apartments with kitchens, living rooms) with 1 BR each clustered near the pool. Typical rental is for 9 BRs, the entire main house and 1 full-apartment upscale casita. However if needed for larger groups, the 2nd full-apartment upscale casita with full kitchen and living room can also be made available to the group as part of the rental for an additional charge. The home is only rented to one party at a time so your group's privacy and comfort will be assured.
Take advantage of our WiFi or leave the world behind and head to the pool or walk just steps directly to the soft sand beach with a cold drink in your hands, to feel the warm sun on your skin and sand between your toes to watch the beautiful sunset and different colors as they appear each day! Concierge services are arranged separate from the home rental and not included in the rental pricing. All on site services like chefs must be coordinated through our property concierge. We also have high quality individuals on call to provide your group wonderful relaxing massages on site at the home or on the beach while relaxing and listening to sounds of the waves!

Children are welcome. Smoking or pets is strictly not allowed in the home. A fine of $700 will be charged in addition to damages charged from smoking or pets. Maid service every other day is included. Daily cleaning can be arranged for an additional charge.
For an Event, we only accept groups of a maximum of 85 people. Additional fees are required for events. Please contact us for event fee pricing after booking which is variable depending on the number of persons attending your event and requested services. We do charge an additional refundable damage deposit when having an event. After booking we will provide you contact information for concierge services which are handled separately from the home rental and are at an additional cost.
For approved Events- all activities need to be finished at the latest by 11pm (according to Costa Rica Law for the Tamarindo-Langosta Beach Area).

the property is well located, beautiful, spacious, and comfortable both indoor and out. the property manager was pleasant and a great baker who sells delicious breads. although we absolutely enjoyed our stay, there were some issues. some of the ac units were not in proper working order, 1 of the showers did not work, the lights above the bbq did not work making cooking difficult, the kitchen did not have even the most basic supplies, salt, pepper, coffee filters etc. there were no beach towels, we were not given access to the laundry machines but were told housekeeping would provide that service, which they did but left the clean clothes unfolded in a pile outside the door, the body wash in the bathrooms felt & looked like dish soap, there was no conditioner or body lotion.... so although the property itself is wonderful, the quality of the details did not live up to the "luxurious" status that was advertised

We stayed at the amazing house for a group birthday trip. It did not disappoint! The house was amazing, views were insane, and Prashant and his staff were the best. Prashant even went above and beyond by getting us a delicious cake to celebrate our birthdays and being our photographer (he really knows where the best spots are!) when we were taking pictures before our big dinner. We are trying to figure out our next trip so we can come back again!

We had a group of 18 ranging in age from 8 to 76. The property worked great and was even better than we expected when we booked it. The host, Pashant, was terrific. Whatever arrangements we needed - golf carts, tours, massages, chef prepared meals - were all done very efficiently and with flexibility. The villa was in great condition and very well kept up.

The property is as depicted in description and pictures. Our stay was from 7/8/23 - 7/15/23. We had 21 family members, plenty of room inside and out. We opted to get a chef for breakfast and dinner for the sole purpose of preparing and serving Costa Rican cuisine. What we actually got were two maids doing double duty as cooks. The food did not meet my expectations. We were served pancakes one morning, French roast another breakfast. For dinner we were served canalonni. This is not Costa Rican food. The property manager whom I dealt with was Prashant. He is a minority owner and promised many things but delivered little. Prashant was not there to assist us with issues we had. Prashant bills himself as the Villa Concha concierge, manager, owner and promises to be onsite to address issues, he was in India. In my experience with Prashant, it became obvious that he did not track what we wanted because I had to either text him or email him with information I gave him on several occasions. Prashant was not trustworthy as he inflated prices. For example we opted to take the sunset catamaran cruise. Prashant quoted us a price of $2095 for 21. I checked similar cruises and they quoted $1400 for 21 people with food, unlimited drinks, snorkeling etc.
The other contact person was a fine gentleman named Dauly. He was very attentive to issues but generally had to check with Prashant. Dauly is so well connected to the local businesses that he can accommodate most any request.
