The first floor consists of living room, dining room, half bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The second floor offers two bedrooms with private baths. Each of the bedrooms has a small private balcony overlooking a garden areas.

Calibri 52-1 offers a well appointed, comfortable stay in a quiet gated community with easy access to beaches and town. Beach club access was something we used everyday, from casual meals to surfing lessons. VIP Tamarindo was responsive and setup golf cart and car rental plus transfers on arrival. Highly recommend!

We had the most wonderful stay at this little house! It was quiet, close to the beach and our 2 daughters (7 and 10) really loved the private pool. The nice big washer and dryer came in really handy for the steady stream of wet beach towels.
