Amanpuri is a boutique condo of only 5 units, it is very quiet and pleasant. A full-time gardener keeps the grounds in a perfect state and he made an orchid collection even fixing some in driftwood from the beach

Playa Langosta is a high-end neighborhood in Tamarindo, Surrounded by multi-million dollar homes and exuberant nature, this is the best place for vacations.
It is located a short 2-minute drive on a brand new cement road or a 15-minute walk where you will be able to see monkeys and exotic birds along the way.
The beach has tide pools perfect for little kids to discover colorful fish and your occasional octopus.
Towards the estuary (less than 100 from the public entrance) you have calm and refreshing waters with plenty of shade and right in front of it you have the local's favorite surf spot, It is common to see lots of people with their surfboards walking around or even in their bicycles.
There is a store with all the products you need and 3 restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

Tamarindo is 1 hour away from the Liberia Airport, you can arrange shuttles or car rentals through us with special prices and discounts.

The grounds are fully fenced and enclosed adding to the privacy and security of the complex. The complex has 24 hour security and security cameras as well. Each unit enjoys it’s own off-street parking space. The master bedroom features a comfortable queen sized bed to sleep on after a long day of adventuring or just relaxing on the beach. Sliding glass doors lead to a small private sitting area with two chairs to sit and relax. Off of the master bedroom there is the master bathroom, an indoor-outdoor bathroom featuring a tile shower, bathtub and double vanity. In the second bedroom there is a queen sized bed facing a cable tv for your enjoyment. The room is decorated with beautiful paintings and features a glass sliding door to a mini patio with two chairs. Adjacent to the second bedroom is the second bathroom, an indoor/outdoor bathroom with a tile shower and double vanity. Need an extra bed? The comfortable couch in the living room doubles as a pull out bed. Also this comfortable living space contains three chairs and a cable tv. Enough space for the whole family! Sliding glass doors lead from the living room the the outdoor poolside patio, featuring a four person wood table lounge chairs and a comfortable sitting area. Dinner Time? Amanpuri 2 offers a full custom kitchen containing a stainless steel double door fridge, countertop stove, wall oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, blender and a bbq patio out the back with a small seating area and a gas grill. Once your food is ready head to the dining table which sits six to have a delicious family meal. Need to stock up on food? A small grocery store is just a 2 minute walk from the condo. The grounds are beautifully decorated with overhanging vines, beautiful bushes and Costa Rican Flowers. And in the courtyard there is a beautiful stone fountain welcoming you into your vacation home. The Amanpuri complex is located just across the street from a beautiful beach. Across from Langosta beach (the best beach) and away from the commotion of Tamarindo, but close enough for multitudes of restaurant and other activities offered there. A good base for exploring the Guanacaste region.

The property manager was adequately helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.

El diseño del apartamento hace que sea muy oscuro por lo que siempre, desde la mañana debe tenerse las luces prendidas. No funcionaba el ice maker del refrigerador y el tostador estaba dañado. Ambos problemas fueron solucionados luego de reportarlos, pero este tipo de cosas debería revisarse antes que lleguen los huéspedes, ya que se va a vacacionar, no a gestionar la solución de problemas. En la lavaplatos había casi que lavar los platos para ponerlos porque si no salían sucios. Nunca se me indicó cuándo llegarían a hacer limpieza, tuve que llamar a preguntar y hasta que llegaron luego de estar ahí más de media estadía, supimos donde estaban los paños de la playa y otras cosas, porque no hay nada que lo oriente a uno al respecto. Cuando hicieron la limpieza, cambiaron las sábanas y pusieron unas grises horribles. También en general los paños estaban feos y manchados, igual los limpiones de la cocina. Pese a haberla pedido varias veces (y es algo que no debería tener que pedirse ya que es obligación del proveedor entregarla), NO recibí la factura electrónica, ya que la recibí pero luego hicieron una nota de crédito que es la forma de anular la factura. Aunque no tiene vista, la localización del apartamento es buena ya que se cruza la calle y se puede acceder a la playa.
