About this house rental
Private colonial style villa with pool in the courtyard, the rooms all have AC and private bathrooms. The house comes equipped with beach towels, beach chairs and BBQ. We have a total of 4 bedrooms , 3 have its own full bath and 1 has a shared bath and uses the guest 1/2 bathroom .
We have 2 rooms with king beds, 1 room with a queen bed and one room with 2 indivudual beds plus a sleeping couch . The house sleeps comfortable 8 persons but could also be used up to 10 .
The space:
Inspired by the timeless colonial architecture of Granada, Nicaragua, this elegant villa is designed around a private interior courtyard, where a sparkling swimming pool serves as the heart of the home. Covered walkways and beautifully crafted living spaces surround the courtyard, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. The thoughtful layout allows every room to enjoy views of the pool while providing exceptional privacy and security. Rich architectural details, warm finishes, and lush tropical landscaping create a tranquil atmosphere perfect for relaxing with family and friends. Ideally located within walking distance of both Playa Langosta and downtown Tamarindo, guests can easily enjoy beautiful beaches, restaurants, cafés, shopping, and nightlife while returning to the peace and privacy of their own tropical retreat.
Guest access:
Enjoy exclusive access to the entire villa during your stay. Relax in your own private swimming pool, prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and take advantage of the included beach chairs and beach towels for days by the ocean. The home is completely yours to enjoy, offering the perfect combination of comfort, privacy, and convenience for a memorable Costa Rica getaway.
Other things to note:
The villa is within walking distance of several excellent restaurants and the beautiful beach at Playa Langosta. Downtown Tamarindo is approximately a 15-minute walk away, either along the main road or via the beach at low tide, where you can enjoy stunning ocean views along the way.
Please note that the villa is designed for tropical indoor-outdoor living. The main living areas are open to the outdoors and are not air-conditioned. Air conditioning is provided in the bedrooms only.
Your local co-host is happy to help make your stay as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. She can assist with arranging airport transportation, rental cars, golf carts, and unforgettable local excursions.
Additional services, including private chef experiences, in-villa massages, facials, manicures and pedicures, grocery pre-stocking, special-occasion planning, and personalized concierge recommendations, are also available upon request.

We had the best family vacation. It’s very warm in Costa Rica so the pool was amazing. The house was very clean.

I want to say that this place was very clean and the hosts were very responsive when we had questions or issues. Our AC unit went out one night and they had people there within an hour of us reaching out. The reason for the okay rating really has to do with personal preferences on the way the house is laid out. While the open concept is very cool in theory, it was a little uncomfortable for a couple of reasons. The living room is open to the outside with no way to close it off so the mosquitos ate us alive every night we tried to hang out. I realize that AC is an American comfort, but being in the living room in the heat, humidity, and mosquitos made family members miserable. It was also very uncomfortable the couple of times it rained really hard when the water flooded both the living room and the kitchen- those tiles become slippery! One night it rained so hard that the pool overflowed and flowed right into the bedroom and soaked everything on the floor. The house does have a great location though! Quick to the beach and restaurants! We really wanted to love this house, but unfortunately, did not.
