We recommend renting a car so you can explore the nearby beaches (10 to 20 minutes away). You will have one parking space for your car. The entrance to the house is private, and you will have exclusive access to the house itself, and the spacious terrace with a swimming pool and several sitting areas. However, please note that there are other apartments on the same property that could be occupied by other guests.
Also, there are quiet long-term tenants, who occupy a completely independent unit with private entrance above the main house. This is their private space, and they do not have access to the home's common areas.

The house is absolutely incredible! By far the nicest houses my wife and I have stayed at. The views are absolutely breathtaking - from the living room, dining room, terrace or large, stunning, infinity pool. The furniture is beautiful and every room is well appointed. The kitchen is stocked and has everything you could possibly need. The owners have thought about absolutely everything to make this home special. The security is excellent and the hiking trails were incredible. Trails are very well marked and there are different levels of difficulty. Several beaches were a 5 minute drive away, including Flamingo which is beautiful with great sand and many restaurants were close by which made it easy when we didn't want to cook!
I also want to complement the property managers. They did an excellent job with communications, keeping us well informed and providing us with much information about the property, the area, and the concierge services available to us. Much appreciated!!!
There is nothing to improve - the best house we have ever rented and we look forward to returning!

There's too much to put in here - phenomenal accomodations, outstanding service, fantastic views, a new sunset every day, the infinity pool, lounging in the barbeque pit - you won't feel like leaving! Our hosts - Fanny, Vladi, and family - absolutely amazing and friendly people.
How can you get more of what the place already offers? I don't think you can!

Our second time visiting beautiful Costa Rica, and Casa Ayla definitely surpassed our expectations, we had a lovely family time.
The house was pretty spacious and equipped with all kinds of amenities, from its pit fire to its barbecue grill and in-door commodities, made our stay one to remember, the kids had a blast.
It’s the perfect spot to get away from the city and enjoy the stunning sunsets.
