About this house rental
The property underwent a massive renovation in 2020 and now boasts a completely new kitchen, ACs, beds, floors, etc. Unlike other condos in the area, Villa Paloma is clean, bright, modern, and open.
Included in your stay is full access to world-renowned Playa Conchal and the Reserva Conchal Beach Club. We knew the Reserva Conchal for the previous Christmas time, which is why we returned. The Reserva is a beautiful and fun place. But this place elevated our experience to the roof. Greg is the best host we have encountered over many years renting places. The house is even more beautiful than the pictures. It will easily accommodate 8 people (we were 6), and the kitchen is fully equipped. Super clean, very modern, spotless. I don't know what else to say; thank Greg for helping us celebrate a beautiful Christmas and New Year time.

We stayed in Greg’s home during the busy Christmas season. Our two young adult children and their grandmother joined us. The apartment was the perfect size and layout for our group. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. All were en suite except for one. The bedrooms were nicely appointed with comfortable beds, linens, towels, and showers were stocked with hotel-sized toiletries as well. The common areas were beautifully designed and decorated. We loved the spacious, well-stocked kitchen with every possible need in terms of cookware and dishes. The large dining table and comfy couches and ottoman meant that our whole family could hang out in the condo, including my brother, his wife, and their 2 children, who were staying in another unit. The deck was lovely: comfortable dining table and chairs, and 2 loungers, overlooking the golf course, mountains, and ocean. We loved watching the sunset from the deck. Every room had ceiling fans, and they were especially welcome on the deck, where we could stay cool even in the afternoon heat. Greg also provided beach towels, boogie boards, and pool noodles. We used the towels and noodles when we visited the convenient and quiet condo pool. The beach club was a true highlight. The pools and surrounding areas are peaceful. We enjoyed the restaurants and spa. The beach is beautiful, too, and much quieter than the nearby Westin, where many vendors set up to sell their wares. We also made frequent use of the shuttle, hiking trails, and bikes.

The property and the management where first rate! We could not have had a better experience and look forward to going back. The property was extremely well equipped, the owners thought of everything to make sure we had a convenient and easy experience. I would give them six stars if I could!
