Dolphin sightings are common so bring your binoculars. Then a short elevator ride to the beautiful white sandy shores. Heated pool with plenty of lounge chairs for sunning. Nice charcoal grill area. Private boat dock. Assigned parking. Short drive to John's Pass. Many restaurants and shopping. Thirty minute drive to Tampa Airport. Condo has a fully stocked kitchen. Everything was clean, comfortable, exactly as listed, convenient, and well stocked!! We ended up cooking quite a few times and was pleased with the amount of cooking tools available to us. Will stay again the next time we come down!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and provided many cooking accessories. The balcony overlooked the inter coastal water way and was a great place to relax and watch many different types of boats come by. I would highly recommend this unit to rent.

This was a lovely unit with plenty of space for my husband and my 20 yr old son. We were right on the beach with a view of the waterway and could see boats travel up and down. The unit was decorated beautifully and had all the extras! Cheryl was so very helpful and answered the couple of questions I had right away! We would stay here again!
