About this apartment rental

Holiday Villas III, Gulf side two bedroom, two bath, remodeled condo facing unobstructed Intercoastal view across Gulf Blvd. Watch boats of all sizes cruising by while drinking your morning coffee on your large open balcony. Dolphin sightings are common so bring your binoculars. Then a short elevator ride to the beautiful white sandy shores. Heated pool with plenty of lounge chairs for sunning. Nice charcoal grill area. Private boat dock. Assigned parking. Short drive to John's Pass. Many restaurants and shopping. Thirty minute drive to Tampa Airport. Condo has a fully stocked kitchen. Come visit your home away from home.

This was a lovely unit with plenty of space for my husband and my 20 yr old son. We were right on the beach with a view of the waterway and could see boats travel up and down. The unit was decorated beautifully and had all the extras! Cheryl was so very helpful and answered the couple of questions I had right away! We would stay here again!

The listing was just as described. We had a wonderful stay and the beach was so close. The condo had everything we needed. I would recommend to anyone and would stay there again!
