HURRICANE UPDATE 1/30/26. We’re thrilled to share that our beautiful beach community is back! and looking forward to welcoming back guests. The beaches are open and full accessible! Beach rejuvenation is finishing up. There will be active construction as we are working to restore all of our ground floor amenities, so please except to experience construction noise. The pool, fence and pavers are completed, the pool is now open. The bbq area is complete . Our balcony renovation is complete and they are working on the middle stack next to ours. They are finishing balconies near the pool and should be completed in the beginning of March. The pool will be closed M-F 8:00am to 4pm during the balcony work. When they start the final balconies they are looking at trying to keep the pool area open with proper precautions. Pool will be open for the weekends. We have deeply discounted the unit to account for the pool restricted access and the construction noise on site. We offer additional discounts for seniors, military, vets, and first responders. The condo complex is having concrete work done and balcony work along with new paint. They are doing one stack of condos at a time. They just finished our stack and moved to the pool side. We have deeply discounted the pricing to make up for any construction noise and inconveniences etc. Our condo and balcony are unaffected for with the exception of the noise from the work during the day. So if you are a late riser expect noise. . It’s slow work, but guests are still enjoying their stay and enjoying the beach and pool.

The living room is beautifully furnished with sofas, plenty of seating areas and light, all of the comforts of home. Unit has new sleeper sofa as comfy as home! The entertainment center is equipped with a NEW 65 inch smart LED tv, cable TV, surround sound system, DVD player, DVR.

Two large bedrooms sleep 6 comfortably. The Master bedroom has a king size bed, 55 inch LED tv and Roku tv, and the guest bedroom includes 2 full beds led tv withRoku tv, large closet and tv. The bedrooms have new high thread count sheets and new linens in the unit. Every room has its own ceiling fan.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with top-of the line appliances all replaced in 2020 , and you can see the beach from the kitchen, dining room, and living room. In the kitchen you have a Keurig coffee maker along with a traditional coffee maker, toaster, blender (for those mixed drinks).....

The private balcony overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and will allow you to enjoy amazing sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico and even watch dolphins swimming and playing daily. There is a private parking space and visitor parking is available.

Our condo has every amenity you could want and the comforts of home for you, family, friends, couples. Step outside and relax on the beautiful white sandy beach, while you enjoy the gentle gulf breeze and the incredibly warm gulf waters.

We ask guests to treat the unit as if it were their home. Keep it clean and let us know of any issues immediately so we can work to fix it and make every stay perfect.
If the unit is let excessively dirty and requires additional cleaning, cleaning charges will apply.
Please let us know if you are checking in late so that we can be available to answer any questions at check in.
Please provide a (4) digit door code for your stay so i can set it for you, a couple days before your stay when the code is set you will get a final email with entry instructions and logistics.
Check out is at 10am or earlier please let us know what time you will be checking out so we can set up house cleaning.
Late checkouts can be given when available ask if you need one.
Late check out without prior approval will be charged $100 for the first half hour and $75 for every additional hour after. This is to cover the cleaners time because they will be waiting to get in. When available we give late check out at no additional cost and arrangements can be made (usually off-peak season when we do not have back-to-back bookings).

The 8 floor building includes a heated outdoor pool with a sundeck directly on the Gulf of Mexico beach, beach volleyball, shuffleboard, charcoal BBQ grill, , as well as a private dock and fishing pier on the inter-coastal waterway. The complex has (on the intercostal) boat slips across the street that can be rented. . Guest parking is available across the street by requesting a pass at the front desk, with the exception of holidays and the summer. Parking is available a short walk to the causeway for $2 a day.

Relax on the beach (unit has a beach canopy and beach chairs) or heated pool, or take in one of the many local attractions the area has to offer. For fishing enthusiasts, there is a fishing pier on the Intracoastal Waterway and John's Pass and Clearwater Beach both offer deep sea fishing trips and a variety of piers. For the adventurous you have parasailing, jet ski, power boats, and gliders. Walt Disney World, Epcot Center, Universal Studios, and Sea World are just a 90-minute drive away, and Busch Gardens is only a 45-minute drive. Seminole Hard Rock Casino, Lowry Park Zoo, museums, and other attractions are also close. Tennis, golf, shopping, sightseeing and excellent restaurants are nearby.
Airports are conveniently accessible, St. Pete/Clearwater (25 Minutes), Tampa International (30 Minutes) by Car.

The construction on stacks 3 and 4 continues. Here are some specific updates:
I met with the engineers this past Tuesday while they were on site evaluating the Penthouse balcony on stack 4. There were some issues uncovered on the underside of that balcony, and they are formulating a solution for these repairs.
I was told previously that they would be wrapping up that balcony late January/early February, but that obviously isn’t the case as we are approaching mid-February. I know that everyone is looking for timelines, however, I’ve been told several times that the work they are doing is dynamic, and uncovering any kinds of problems can add weeks to the process.
In addition to the penthouse balcony, they will still need to stucco, paint, and install railings which is a few week process in itself. I will keep everyone posted on this process as it advances. Considering this pending work, I am hoping that the 4 stack is completed before April.
Although Stack 3 is moving along, there are worse than anticipated issues with the support columns. These are addressed floor by floor as they move up the balconies. The issues with the columns has set the 3 stack back as well, and it will not be finished in the next week or two as was projected earlier. Keep in mind they still need to stucco, paint, and install railings on this stack as well.
More discussion of the construction project will take place at the meeting this Sunday.

POOL
The good news is that the plumber will be making the gas connection tomorrow, and our pool heater will be back in working order very soon!
Once the 3 stack is completed, we will also be able to enjoy our pool more freely. The “beach side” of the pool will be permanently opened, and I have been told that closures will not be as cumbersome as the M-F 8-4 period we are dealing with now.
