Introducing Captain's Quarters: A Gulf Front, 4th floor, large 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Condo directly on the white sand beaches at Sand Dollar Resort Condominiums. Seven night minimum rental, Sunday to Sunday is preferred but not mandatory. If less than a seven night rental is desired, please contact me if we can accommodate your request. The condo sleeps 8, updated and tastefully decorated 1470Sq ft of living space, including a large balcony facing the Gulf Coast for beautiful sunsets. The full size kitchen, dinning, living and laundry room are very spacious, not the typical condo size. Master bedroom has a King size bed, Balcony access, gulf view, ceiling fan, 32"HD Flat screen TV and large walk in closet that connects to the Master bath. Master bathroom has dual vanity sinks, walk in shower and toilet. 2nd Bedroom has two queen size beds, ceiling fan and large closet. 3rd Bedroom has a single queen size bed and large closet and a floor fan. All bedrooms have 24"HD flat screen TV's with Spectrum cable and free HBO. Hi speed wifi is included. Living room has comfortable seating, ceiling fan and a large 42"HD Flat screen TV with a Blue Ray/DVD player & Roku streaming device. Dinning Room has a large table that seats 6 and lighted bar. Kitchen counter provides four additional bar stool seats. Kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator(ice maker), full size oven/range, over the range microwave and dishwasher. Kitchen is fully stocked including a coffee maker, Keurig, blender, MP3/CD player. 2nd Bathroom has dual vanity sinks, tub/shower and toilet. Full size laundry room provides storage and a full size washer and dryer. Sand Dollar Condominiums provides a heated(all year) salt water pool, hot tub, private fishing pier, 6 tiki huts and cooking grills, all directly on the beach. Beautiful tropical landscaping adds to the beauty of the beach and gulf views. Included with your rental: all linens, towels, pack & play with sheets, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas & toys. Sand Dollar is conveniently located to many restaurants, bars, shops and local attractions. Only 30 minutes from Tampa airports, 60 minutes from Bush Gardens and 90 minutes from Disney and Orlando. Communication was consistent and responsiveness timely. The condominium met all expectations and was clean and well organized upon arrival. It easily accommodated our party of 6. Well stocked with everything needed for a stay at the beach. The kitchen had all necessary appliances and cooking utensils.

Beach view from balcony was great. We loved the pool and large hot tub. Beach access was easy. Condo was wonderful. Kitchen well equipped. Large laundry room. Bar area with small drink fridge. Beds were comfortable. Host always responded to texts or emails. Small touches such as light switches labeled, rechargeable flashlight, night lights. Was also nice having staff in building for any issues or questions. Bonus was we watched a guy fishing on the beach catch an almost 5' shark from our balcony one morning!

Captain’s Quarters was a great unit and was perfect for my family’s vacation. Overall, the condominiums were run very effectively and efficiently. Staff were very friendly, helpful, and informative at checkin and checkout. The pool and spa area was very nice, well-kept, and not over-crowded. And, of course, being right on the white sand beach is always a plus and makes this condo simply amazing. This particular unit had a great view of the beach and ocean from the balcony and made a great place for watching sunsets. My family also had the opportunity to see a variety of wildlife including many dolphins and even a couple of manatees. And although the pier was closed at our time of stay, the fishing off the beach was still very good, as we caught many fish.Overall, Sand Dollar Condominiums (Captain’s Quarters) was an excellent experience and we would 100% return in the future if we have the opportunity.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this condo! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless — it’s clear that cleanliness is a top priority here, and it made us feel immediately comfortable and at home.The condo itself was spacious and well laid out, giving our group plenty of room to relax without feeling crowded. The furnishings were modern and cozy, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals during our stay.The location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk or drive to local restaurants, shops, and attractions, yet quiet enough for peaceful evenings.A special shout-out to the property manager, who was responsive, friendly, and helpful every step of the way. Communication was smooth, and they truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, and conveniently located rental with excellent management!
