Home Away from Home -Sand Dollar 405 is a SILVER Tier three-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in Indian Shores. This spacious 4th-floor vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets!
Vacation rental 405 offers an updated full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Screen Cable TVs in the living room and all bedrooms, telephone with free local US and Canada calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided.
Sleeping accommodations include one king in the main bedroom, two queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and a queen bed in the 3rd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer double sink vanities. Updated main bath has a walk-in shower and the Guest bath has a tub shower combo. 405 has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans.
The Sand Dollar Resort amenities include On-Site Front desk for easy check-in, Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Jacuzzi, Private fishing pier, Volleyball area, Charcoal grills, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as beach towels.
This vacation rental comes with local gym access at no charge.
Maximum occupancy: 8 persons (including infants). 405 is a Smoke-Free Vacation Rental. Sorry, No pets. Limit two parking passes at check-in. No trailers, RVs or boats.

Very nice unit. All new appliances. Recently upgraded throughout. Still working on some repairs outside from last year's storms. Almost done. Miss the pier.
