Balcony access may be temporarily limited when work is being performed in your section, although most balconies remain open. Construction hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM. The pool may be closed during those hours but is open evenings from 4 PM to 10 PM and all day on weekends.

Construction still going on which was a little disturbing and the pool wasn’t open M-F until after the crews left for the day until 4:30pm. I was told pool was open all the time. Overall the condo was fantastic and had everything you need.
